Wouldn't even leave 1 star.
One of their vendors opened account for me. I was taking card payments, but could not get my money for over 3 months. I have been back and forth with their representatives. What they said that vendor needs to finish some kind of registration with them which he hasn't done and they could not get hold of him. So the story went. I stopped taking card payments because I could not get my money out. This spiral continued. I finally had enough and I tried to close account. This took another 2 months. all while they have been charging me. Because of glitches on my account page i could not enter my details for security. and they charged me £85 each month for their fails and completely horrendous service. After closing account and paying outstanding bill as a cherry on top after 6 moths they sent me bill of £966 :D what a beauty. This company is absolutely fraud and worst i have ever worked with.

I was sent a link to pay my law firm for searches on a property.worldpay took £612 instead of £306!!! Lawyer said a refund would be effected 4 days later but wasn't....still waiting...wary of Worldpay

After taking 4 weeks to change my company and bank details, Worldpay thinks it is OK to send a reminder notice that I am few days late with payment because the new direct debit is not set up yet. I wish I had changes when I had the chance.

Paid for some books fromVedic Books in India to be shipped to the UK. Books never arrived and merchant didn't actually have my items anyway. Asked for my money back but no response. Essentially it was fraudulent. They took money for something they didn't have. A scam. I thought no problem, when I paid there was half a page teling me about World Pay gaurentee for buyer protection in such cases. The email for world pay just came back with an automated message saying they would look at it. Nothing after that or the other 3 times I emailed. Escalated to a complaint which got bounced round the globe. Then a reply telling me they are only interested in the merchant. Take this as a warning. If you get ripped off by scam merchants who world pay support do not expect help from World Pay. Use PayPal, debit card, credit card... Anything. But DON'T USE WORLD PAY.
