I used Vantage Health for life insurance. They were amazing ! Very flexible in organising consultations around a young family and even came to our house to avoid the stress of bringing x3 young children to them.
The service was very informative! I used Sonia one of their employees, she gave very real life examples and situations of how their products would suit my individual needs/ health and included the children etc and provided many different quotes that suited my varied health needs and affordability.
I appreciated that all aspects of my life are covered including the children and found that the service provided and included life experiences that I would not have necessarily of thought of that do need covered by insurance.
Sonia explained all complex terminology and scenarios with no questions unanswered. Extremely informative and professional at all times. The aftercare of buying the life insurance product was amazing and Sonia still checks in regularly enquiring if we need anything additional or any changes made.
I found working with Vantage anything but corporate and actually an extremely humble and personable experience. I would not hesitate to use this service again and recommend to friends and family daily.
