I had the pleasure of dealing with Connor throughout. From the moment we got there, everyone couldn't have been more helpful. No pressure, just sound advice. The whole process was smooth, and Connor got back to us immediately at every stage when we had questions. We have had the van we bought for a month now, and it hasn't missed a beat. Although there was a bit of an issue with the valeting, the response from Connor was first class. I would happily buy my next van from Van National.

This is the 3rd van, we've bought from Van National, dealt with Connor Charles, who dealt with the whole process very efficiently, quick to answer phone calls and emails. The van will be home delivered within a week of initial enquiry.

Online chat: I tried to get a simple answer: can I just turn up to view vans without an appointment? Their website has no FAQs, and their chat support was useless. A bot called Grace kept pushing me to hand over my details instead of answering the question. When I finally asked directly, they just told me to call. Two hours’ drive away and I still don’t know if I can walk in or need to book. Frustrating and unhelpful. Their opening times are listed but it’s unclear if that means I can just browse or not. I won’t be making the journey. I just saw a they have an admin fee of £395 + vat on every vehicle too. That’s very steep.

Ryan was very helpful and explained everything so we understand everything and we was very happy with the service
