Great first month of results

Great first month of results. Getting onboarded was easy. The first 30 days we spent $1400 in ads spend and got $22,000 in booked moves.

Really happy so far with the results and will continue to use their services.

I have used Van Media for around 7-8…

I have used Van Media for around 7-8 months now to manage and run my Facebook adverts for my removal company.
Nick is a very pleasant, professional and extremely switched on guy! He knows exactly what he is doing when it comes to marketing specifically within the removal sector. I would highly recommend van media to anybody looking to expand their removal company. No contracts so what do you have to lose? Give them a try for yourself and reap the rewards of a phenomenal marketing agency! 5 stars from me

Started with Vanmedia three months ago.
The leads have been solid, every contact I’ve reached is legitimately planning a move. No fake inquiries, no dead numbers. Just real people actively looking for moving services.

I’ve been able to book a consistent number of jobs from these leads, and overall the conversion quality has been strong.

So far, it’s been a productive partnership.

VanMedia got in touch with my company…

VanMedia got in touch with my company about generating extra leads and revenue and I was a bit dubious to begin with. They explained that they would put the work in first and would I would only need to pay for their services if I got results. I thought, what have I got to lose, so I gave them a go. The results were not immediate and I was still a bit skeptical, however they did explain this to begin with as the algorithm needs to kick in. After a few days I got more enquiries and after a few weeks they came rolling in. Our initial contact was Nick who was always on hand alongside his team who would always check in on us to see how things are going. All in all, I'm glad I made the right decision to place my faith in VanMedia.

Great Value Lead Generation

Nick and his team at Vanmedia have been great to work with! The ads they put together at great quality and deliver real leads.
Whenever I need something or what info, they're on hand to help.
I've tried a number of agencies for ads, so and content management, Vanmedia is one of the good ones.

If you want genuine leads and support with sales, give them a try!

I will recommend

I started out with Van Media in November 2025, like with every so called leads company, I was sceptical but tried them out nonetheless. Since then my removals company have had more leads generated, and we have been able to close 20% of those leads. We continue to trust Van Media to optimise their system as we have seen it month in and month out. One thing for sure, they're no Scams. They have done much more than all other leads I have used. I will recommend their services

Wow! FANTASTIC

Wow! What a fantastic company!

We have been using Van Media for just over 6 weeks and we have seen a huge rise in the amount of work coming our way through this avenue. The conversation rate from the leads is fantastic. It has taken our removals buisness to new heights.

Don't know what the reviews are about saying they are scammers because they are absolutely not! They charge what they need to but they are worth every penny! They are 100X better than using lead generators as the leeds you get from Van Media are direct and only to you. They do all the facebook and Instagram adverts and they are always happy to change things if required. Very easy to get hold of via WhatsApp or phone.

We have been with Van Media for over a year now. This company is very trustworthy. We have gotten over 171 leads! They have done what they have said they will do and that is help us build by bringing in quality leads! If you are looking for a media company that stands by their word look no further!

Hi i m navaratnam kumaran from psk removals London mr nick Brian was me on December I joined he sent me leads every day 3 or 4 leads but 99.99% leads or all ready customer move January also same he say I need to customer within 5 minutes but he told me leads is only you but he sent i think 20 company's last week i m not receive any leads i text his manager digo he say to me your id is new its take some time after his manager text me I receive 68 leads I call customer 50% they say we already moved how possible i ask nick he say don't worry I give back what money meta take i give totally i lost £1500 i sent bank details he not refunded please don't trust this company you can call me on 07378830030 i can give screen shots

Everything is documented.

Now, let’s address the facts.

• You joined in December.
• You did not trust us — so we discounted the first month from £400 to £100.
• Ads ran. Leads came daily. You confirmed you were happy.
• You paid £300 at the start of month two.

Then a technical integration expired for several days.

The leads were still being generated inside YOUR Meta ad account.
They were not fake.
They were not shared.
They were not sold to 20 companies.

When the integration was re-synced, the leads that had accumulated during that short period were delivered at once — which is why you suddenly received many together.

This was a technical syncing delay. Nothing more.

You claim you “lost £1,500.”
Meta spend during the affected week was approximately £140.
We offered to refund that period — even though the leads were visible in your Meta account the entire time.

Instead of resolving this professionally:

• You refused calls.
• You demanded £500.
• You repeatedly used insults.
• You threatened to post on every social platform.

And most concerning —

You claimed we are “working with Meta” and “splitting money with Mark Zuckerberg.”

That statement alone shows how far this escalated beyond logic.

We do not “manage Meta.”
We do not control billing thresholds.
We do not work with Mark Zuckerberg.
We do not split money with Facebook.

Meta billing happens automatically when an account reaches its threshold. It has zero connection to lead syncing issues.

At one point, your accusations became so detached from reality that we genuinely questioned whether a rational conversation was still possible.

AVOID THIS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!

I'm Vittorio from KO Moving, a moving company in Edinburgh.
Unfortunately, we worked with vanmedia for a month and a half!
AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
WE SPENT ABOUT £1,000 WITHOUT GETTING ANY JOB OR A CUSTOMER WHO RESPONDED TO THE FIRST MESSAGE.
And of course, they told them because, after all these years in business, we didn't know how to communicate with customers!!!

Most of what Nick the owner told us was lies!

1) They told us we'd only pay for the leads we received, but instead they ran a Facebook campaign at our expense for almost double the previously agreed-upon budget.

2) They asked us to immediately send them 400 pounds, refundable if we didn't get any work. Otherwise, they would look for other collaborators in Edinburgh, losing the exclusive rights. We would still receive the invoice and receipt. After sending the money, we constantly received calls from vanmedia recruitment agencies looking for a collaborator in Edinburgh!!! When we replied that we were already working with them, they justified it by saying there had been a mistake. Anyway, we never received an invoice, a receipt, or a refund!

3) We had to use a vanmedia app, where they monitored all our messages, invoices, emails, all our contacts and phone calls. They changed our phone number, and they constantly contacted the same clients every day between 5 and 6 in the morning!!! This is ridiculous!

4) Nick had said we'd get a response to anything within hours. Only once did I write to the ADS Manager assigned to us, and he took over four days to receive and respond to the message!

5) 983.15 pounds spent and 54,211 impressions shown by their advertising campaign without getting a single job!!!

This is the first negative review we’ve received from a genuine client we actively worked with (in contrast to some other negative reviews on our profile that were not from real clients), so I do take this seriously. However, several statements in your post are simply not accurate, and I need to clarify them point-by-point so future readers understand the full context.

You mentioned that I told you that you didn’t know how to communicate with customers and that “most of what Nick told us was lies.” That is a very serious accusation. With all due respect, the reality is that companies who already have a strong and consistent lead-handling system usually aren’t in a position where they struggle to convert leads into booked moves month after month. That is not meant as an insult — it is simply the reality of this industry. Many companies convert leads even when lead quality is average because their follow-up and quoting systems are strong. This becomes relevant to the rest of your review.

1) “We only pay for leads but ads were run at almost double the agreed budget.”
This is not correct. Every client knows we manage paid Meta ads and that ad spend exists. The campaign was set at £20/day, as agreed, and we can provide proof of the budget settings. If you believe the budget was doubled, please provide proof. Also, Meta billing can show uneven charges (more one day, less another) while still averaging to the agreed daily budget over time. That does not mean the budget was doubled.

2) “£400 refundable… no invoice, receipt or refund.”
Our policy is simple: £400 upfront, refundable if within the first 30 days you don’t break even from the leads received after proper follow-up. You paid via bank transfer with a reference. The invoice and receipt exist and can be provided — they were never requested. A refund was also never requested during the working period. Instead, we were removed from the account with around two hours notice and without discussion. The recruitment calls you mentioned were an overflow/system error that I explained at the time and you confirmed was fine.

3) “They monitored everything and changed our phone number.”
We do not monitor invoices. We require our system because activity must be tracked for refund eligibility and performance decisions. We did not change your phone number and cannot do so. We provided a tracking number for attribution, which is standard in advertising. The 5–6am messages were an automation timing issue that was fixed quickly once raised. The intended window was 9am–9pm.

4) “Support within hours was a lie.”
Whenever you messaged me, I replied promptly. You also had multiple team contacts. Messages sent outside working hours or weekends may not receive immediate replies, but I personally responded quickly when contacted.

5) “£983 spent, 54k impressions, zero jobs.”
I understand the frustration. But ad spend and impressions alone do not equal booked work — conversion depends heavily on follow-up, speed and sales handling. An important detail is that an unsubscribe was clicked on the lead-forwarding emails, causing a large portion of lead notifications to be missed. This was acknowledged once identified.

Finally, after access was removed, we were told this was a trial and the channel didn’t work for Edinburgh. That is a fair opinion. What is not fair is turning that into claims of lies, double budgets, changed phone numbers and monitoring invoices.
