After opting for a Level 3 survey, Tom carried out an extremely detailed inspection and took the time to clearly explain his findings. As a first-time buyer, I found this especially valuable and reassuring.

Dealing with Vanguard Property Surveyors was very easy and straightforward. Rosanna was really helpful from the get go, explaining the different types of surveys we could have and what each of them cost, no hidden fees. After choosing a Level 3, Tom did a very thorough job surveying the property and came back with a detailed report that covered all our areas of interest/worry and many more.

I was very happy with the home survey service. The survey was carried out promptly and the report was clear, thorough, and easy to understand. It highlighted key issues without being alarmist and gave practical advice on what needed attention. The surveyor was professional and approachable, and I felt confident in the information provided. Even when I had an issue they sorted this straight away. Rosanna was amazing. Overall, an excellent service. Highly recommended.

From the start to the end of the survey we requisitions her opinion has been verified with knobs on! love that they give you a phonecall for a summary straight after the visit. the detail and photos in the report are of excellent quality, especially of the roof!! and extremely helpful. cant believe the value for money

I've used Rosanna and Tom for my homebuyer's survey twice now as my first flat purchase fell through, and both times they've been extremely communicative, thorough, and clear - the dream when you're a first time buyer! It can feel like very overwhelming when you're not used to the home buying process, but they put you totally at ease. Would highly recommend, and will likely use them again in future for any other surveys I need.
