Dealt with Lillie-Mae Northover for the purchase of my van, second one I’ve had from Vanaways’s, all contact was helpful and informative throughout the process, I’ll hopefully be dealing with you again for my next van

Lillie from start to finish has made purchasing our new van so easy we had a few hi cups with docs which was resolved efficiently, the van is brilliant and Ollie our employee is over the moon with his new van

I was kept informed on the progress of my new van, I was told of an 8 week lead time but surprisingly it was only 4 weeks. Fantastic!!!

Third time we have purchased a new van from Vanaways and once again a very good service. Lilly-Mae's communication was great and she made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Thanks Vanaways!

The service from Alastair and then from Lillie was exceptional. There were a few hiccups that were not the fault of Vanaways and they were very helpful in finding a solution.

Vanaways is really great, from contacting them up to delivery can't be smoother than it was. These guys are professionals and I believe the best in the industry. Thanks to Philip Jones, Ross Davies, Jihad Khan and one or two individuals I had contact with throughout the process. I recommend Vanaways and will use them again.

I ordered a van, but the financing was much higher than expected. I requested a refund, but the staff member who was supposed to handle it left the company, so my refund was never processed.

Now I'm stuck chasing this down because my year-end accounts are coming up, and my accountant noticed I haven’t received the refund. I’m out £500 plus VAT, and they’re now telling me I'm not eligible for a refund due to the timeframe.

This is absolutely appalling. I made my refund request through their staff, and now I'm left to deal with the fallout of their incompetence. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

the communication was great and Jihad went above and beyond to assist me with the pocess of purchasing the van to point of delivery and sign off. i couldnt have had it any smoother without this company. extremely professional and very knowledgeable person

I would like to thank Tyler Flage for his help in getting our van in the spec we wanted. I would recommend Vanaways if you need a commercial vehicle.
