stay clear of this company bought a side by side from them . unit showed up with all compartments full of garbage every joint and breaks packed with mud and dirt . no inspection report . issues with engine and transmission. some one messed with the winch and put a cheep rope on not the cable. and to top it off the financing company Santander that they get you financed through denided me voluntary repo ing the unit and took me to court and now want almost 70k from me for this crap side by side . must be owned by rags

Horrible. Sent me a absolute lemon of a truck. I'm already 10 grand in repairs that they would not pay for or global warranty. Truck showed up with smashed steering wheel with air bag exposed . One door doesn't sit right. White paint on the black plastic door fram . No heat . Needed a new rear end. And still needs shop work. Wouldn't take the truck back as i was told it would be to much of a financial loss.

I purchased a grand jeep Cherokee through van auto credit a couple of weeks was dealing with Amanda Monk and her team was a very pleasant experience from beginning of deciding of what vehicle to purchase Amanda was so helpful and patient in the whole process right till her and her team delivered my jeep Cherokee to my home was very pleased with the vehicle she suggested I buy 😊

Scammers, awful customer service, awful sales team they put you on ignore the place should be shut down permanently!

I'd rate them a zero if I could Jesse, Elsa, Thomas, Anne, all crooks and highway robbery! Ripped me and my 85 year old mom off she cosigned for me and has since passed awful awful place and people !

Disgusting Unprofessional Company.

Sold us a faulty vehicle. I’ve been trying to contact them for over a month. Call their car dealership and the receptionist isn’t allowed to put me through to anyone.
Her manager told her to tell me “Make a report to AMVIC if that’s what you want to do”. Wow!! Dreadful customer service.
Hopefully the appropriate authorities will prevent this company from deceiving and Swindling anymore innocent consumers moving forward. If I could rate ZERO stars. That’s what this company would get.

Cannot contact won't phone back scam artists

THE WORST COMPANY THERE IS, DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY. I am a mother of two boys who was recently told that I needed to get all my debt taken care of to get into a vehicle that I wanted. I then did that, just to be only approved for a tiny car. I took the car as I need a vehicle. Only to find out 6 months after driving it that it is a lemon. I have replaced the alternator, camshaft sensor, throttle body cleaned, oil changed, air filter replaced, and the pressure manifold sensor. Now the mechanics say it is the battery sensor. When it was braught to the attention to the people who sold me my car they said they would do everything they could to help me. They did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and then stopped responding to me. I will be taking the company to court but wanted to warn everyone out there that this company doesn't care about you they just want to sell vehicles!

This organization is not worth doing business with. I purchased a truck last month, took them 3 weeks to deliver it. No communication with them. Finally received the truck drove it for 10 kms check engine light comes on plus a few other issues low beam headlights not working ac not working. Total ghosts. I have been calling their number everyday for 3 weeks now and 0 response. Turns out the phone number supplied goes to the accounting dept. Spent money for a warranty and can’t even use it. This place is a ripoff

I interacted with Chelsea and Omar for my recent experience - very professional employees in my opinion. I felt very confident with dealing with them. I just retired from a career in banking. There are two kinds of lenders - those who adhere to policy with no exceptions, and those few who advocate for a client when they know the loan makes sense, even if it isn't apparent at first glance. Andy and Michael belong to the second group. It's harder work - it means not stopping at the first "no" but persisting until they get the "yes" they know the client deserves.

When it comes to customer service, I can't overstate what I received from both Andy and Michael. Andy wisely referred me to Michael when it became apparent that I fell into that "hard to get the deal done" category. Michael was never too busy to reply to my many questions. He persevered and didn't just get me an approval - he got me a great interest rate.

Andy paid attention to my wish list for a car and found exactly what I was looking for. I've had several cars and my Toyota Corolla LE is the smoothest ride I've experienced. The car is a joy to drive (as well as to look at - it's got a sporty look; not so easy to find in a 4 door).

If you're in the market for a used car, I can't recommend this team highly enough. The car was delivered to my door and I haven't looked back. I did have a couple of questions afterward and Michael was prompt in getting back to me. Why? The deal was done; there was nothing in it for him. Just another example of outstanding customer service.

HARD INQUIRY ON MY CREDIT ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION - I was looking to buy a car and must have seen their ad on insta or somewhere, I filled out a short form with my basic details and NOWHERE in that form it was mentioned that I will have to go through a hard credit inquiry but a few days after I got to know that a hard inquiry was made without my permission and I lost 28 points because of that, I have been calling them over and over but I always get the same response that the Manager would call me but no one does. I need my credit inquiry to be reverted asap.

Vanauto credit was an easy way to buy a vehicle. Bought a car for my daughter. Salesman Kenneth Woo was really good to deal with until the final sale. Car was delivered and tires were worn and had two cracks on both sides of front bumper.
Immediately contacted Kennth Woo and he promised me in an email that he would take care of it.
Reached out many times to him with no response. Can’t get hold of him now. Called customer service and left my contact number with no call back.
Guess they’re good until the final sale, then they don’t really care.
That’s poor business!!!

sent in all my information to someone who seemed to want to help ..said he would keep me updated ..never heard back a peep..not a great feeling to send all your personal information to someone and never hear back, no response from my texts or email. probably dodged a bullet anyways.

Bought a 2019 frontier pro 4x from vancouver auto credit and it was the best experience, it showed up while I was at work and I drove it home that night! would recommend for buying with ease and no pressure!
