We have been using their service since 7 year plus and we have never face any downtime/ also whenever we had some issue regarding our server their support team is always there to help and go extra mile.

Comparatively cheap but support is average
Hosting cost is comparatively cheap. Changing settings in the Plesk tool is limited and need to raise ticket multiple times to setup the website initially. Support team response could be better. There is no live chat facility.
