ValueEQ has become an indispensable tool in my valuation workflow. Its peer screening and deal analysis modules make it remarkably easy to identify relevant comparables and analyze transaction multiples with precision. The dedicated panel that highlights detailed deal terms alongside similar transactions has saved me countless hours.

While the "i" info pop-ups on the peer list sometimes provide only high-level business descriptions, I typically verify each company anyway, so it’s a minor issue.

Overall, ValueEQ transforms what used to be a time-consuming process into a fast, intuitive, and data-rich experience.

ValueEQ has become my go-to platform for valuation work. Its peer-screening and deal-analysis modules make it effortless to surface the right comps and dive into transaction multiples. The dedicated panel that surfaces granular deal terms alongside look-alike transactions has shaved hours off my workflow. Although the little “i” pop-ups on the peer list sometimes offer only broad business overviews, I still verify each company, so it’s no real drawback. Overall, ValueEQ turns peer and transaction analysis from a slog into a streamlined, data-rich experience.
