Val-U-Computers.couk Recensioni

The reconditioned lap top I ordered arrived well packed and in reasonable time. Although it was marked as B grade it is in excellent condition. Windows 10 works as it should. Needed a cd drive for my knitting machine software disk. This works brilliant. Very pleased with my purchase

I am very impressed with the whole experience of purchasing good quality used laptops from Val-U-Computers. The website is easy to navigate and very clear. Laptop was exactly as described. Fast despatch and well-packaged with delivery via DPD. The is our second purchase from Val-U-Computers and I have no hesitation in recommending. Kurtis in their office was also very helpful.

Kurtis was extremely helpful and understanding even though I changed my mind I would more than likely return to get more assistance in the future

Bought my laptop to play old games on and works perfectly. Came quickly and very reasonable price. Exactly what I was looking for!!!

I needed a Windows 7 64 bit computer and these guys came to my rescue - they really pulled out all the stops to help me out and supplied me with just what I needed and even though it was a bit tricky they came through with a great computer for me and delivered it in perfect condition and working perfectly in good time.
Suffice to say that I thoroughly recommend them for all your computer needs and they are really helpful and friendly and at a good price.
Top job guys.

excellent laptop , arrived securely packaged all works perfectly and with CD burner just what I was looking for

Good service

Very helpful honest would use them again and will recommend them

When refurbished laptop arrived I charged it up and on opening and switching on the screen was completely black. Tried several switching on and off, waiting until fully charged etc but screen completely dead. Item was returned and just over a week later it has arrived back in exactly the same condition without any comment or note of what if anything is supposed to have been done. Screen still completely lifeless although the actual item is working, making noises, confirming it is connected to internet and receiving. It came back today, Saturday afternoon and no-one is available to take any phone calls etc so will just have to wait until Monday. Is this a scam?? Did it, will it ever work?? Over 100 pounds is not out of the ordinary for this model second hand / reconditioned so not super cheap. Not unreasonable to expect it to work initially but for the second time in exactly the same condition???!!! Avoid this firm and it's technicians.

I have bought refurbished laptops from Val U several times over the years and always been a good experience.

This time though even better , having bought two I found one had a very dodgy battery .. spoke with excellent friendly and knowledgable staff over the phone twice.

Both occasions great service .. within a day I had a replacement battery at no cost to me

Cant recommend highly enough!

Very pleased with the computer we got. Well packed for transit, computer looks like new and an excellent back up service. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Dell Laptop arrived promptly and as described - very clean and does the job I need it for - Car Diagnostics.

I needed a laptop for a specific reason and Kurt helped build me one that would help me do the job. I found them reliable, they responded well to my emails and delivered quality product. Good aftersales care too.
