There were bumps and delays, but the team was brilliant, managed a next day delivery of my order with an equal alternative when it was not possible to order my original choice. Kurtis you a goat

Hi,
Sorry to hear you have received your laptop damaged.
We are struggling to find you on our system.
If you can reach out to us at enquires@valucomputers.co.uk
I will be more than happy to help with the situation you're in.
Everything we sell comes with a 14 day money back guarantee, so we do find it odd you would resort to leaving a bad review instead of contacting us to help resolve this for you.
Regards,
Kurtis
