Excellent product on its own. Titanium filter does not impact or introduce any additional taste. Just the coffee, no metal taste, or paper filter taste. I would have loved to see the titanium filter be compatible with the ever popular Chemex, however, it is not. Perhaps a future product or revision to make the filter compatible with the Chemex, other than that very satisfied.

The website was nicely laid out, with clear details on the products to make the whole shopping experience great. Just as important, the order communication and fast shipping reinforced the whole positive buying experience.

I have recently quit smoking and I have substituted smoking for chewing on toothpicks. Just having them and replacing the hand to mouth movement has been so helpful and before I had no real way to keep toothpicks on me or sanitary. This product has become a game changer. I use toothpicks now regularly for all kinds of things. Working construction my phone gets dirty and toothpicks clean my phone out very efficiently. All around the perfect device for me. Thanks for the perfect “man tool”. Salute!

Excellent quality and the carrying bag is so nice. I build shelters/practice survival skills in my free time and it's nice to have water easily accessible while I work. You can either use the shoulder strap or clip it to your belt. Exactly what I expected when ordering!

On 06/02/2024 I ordered a Titanium Canteen with 2 cooking pots and a carring bag off your ad on Facebook.. On 06/08/2024 I recieved the bag without the canteen or accessories. The canteen and accesories was advertsed as a set on Facebook. I paid with paypal. on June 14th I requested a full refund of 40.99 from paypal.

I would have given 5 stars as the service of this company is outstanding. First they didn't ship to Europe but when I contacted the person by e-mail, it could be done and the next day the parcel was already send! However, as soon as the parcel arrived, within a week (outstanding quick!) it was being held back at customs and I still don't have it after two weeks. Either it is a lack of paperwork on the company Valtcan side (and which I had to care for) or the problem of ordering outside Amazon, and therefor the country (Hungary) own policies. I am however very much looking forward to Valtcan products as they meet my expectations a 100%, and as a first time customer I am eager to see their craftswork.
