Unreliable shipments- no concern for customer satisfaction.
I placed an order for over $600 of product. The scrolling banner on their website stated two-day shipping for orders over $300. I placed the order on Saturday, fully understanding that it would be two business days from Monday. It was reasonable to expect that my shipment should arrive Wednesday or Thursday. On Wednesday, when nothing had arrived, I got on their website, found the tracking information, and saw that a label had been created on Monday, but nothing more. I sent an email to then and received a reply that stated they were working on it. As of last night (Thursday) it was still just a created label. And now today(Friday), I get an email saying that it will arrive the following Monday which is certainly more than two business days. When I inquired again, I just received a response stating, "we responded to you on Wednesday." To that, I sent one more email contesting that they did not follow what their scrolling banner said, to which I received a reply offering free shipping on my next order; That amounts to a whopping $15. Next order? Laughable.
It's obvious they don't need the $1100 I spent with them in the last two weeks.
