Valerion shipped a replaced a cracked front glass panel due to an accident without question and shipped the replacement panel out very quickly. Greatly appreciate the support in resolving this on our new projector! looking forward to displaying it in the living area again with the new glass panel. Cheers!

I was one of the early backers on the KS campaign for the Valerion visionmaster pro 2.
Supporting a startup always comes at a risk, but given the many very positieve reviews online and claims, I was convinced to join the experiment and purchased the Pro 2.
It took some time still before the KS campaign was finished, but the support team of Valerion was very open on the shipping dates and you could clearly see they did everyting they could to speed up all processies.
And oh boy, when I received my Pro 2, it was every bit what I expected!
I'm using it now for more than 8 months and the overal experience is really great!
The image is cristal clear, the brightness is unmatched and even on a sunny day the picture is still amazing.
The image gets better when you can dim the lights, it's truly amazing to see the collors and contrast!
My pro 2 is currently 2m from the wall and with the optical lens, you can modify the screen to your needs.
For a regular movie or tv I prefer a 80" screen, however when looking at sports or certain movies I tend to increase the screen to a 120" or more which still looks great.
Currently i'm also using the speakers of the projector still, my main reason for that is that I'm satisfied with the audio quality and don't think it's yet worth the investment.
Talking about the (fan)noise the projector makes, I'm more than ok, if you increase the brightness you'll for sure hear the fans, but when you watch a movie in a dark environment with low brightness, it's very hard to hear the fans, only in very quite scènes or when you have it paused, you can (if you really want) hear a little background noice of the fan.
Overall I truly love my purchase and I highly recommend to consider this as your remplacement for your tv or improvement of your movie nights!

Issue with new projector described to them and they immediately knew what it likely was. They shipped the part for me to install (power cord) very quickly.....only 4 days including the weekend so like 2 business days. I couldn't be happier and am confident that if this doesn't do it, they will be similarly supportive until it's 100% resolved. They were polite, prompt, and effective, keeping me informed as to progress.

Edit: The cord they sent fixed the problem and I've used it daily ever since. So the projector itself matches the top notch customer service.

Products and costumer service unlike anything i've ever experienced. World class level. Other manufacturers need to watch out now, because the game is about to change on big scale.
From costumer service perspective they are very fast to respond and do so with respect and taking your every opinion in mind. I haven't had any warranty issues yet, but from the inquires they've helped me with really gives reassurance.

I rarely write positive reviews here, but had to do it know, because these projectors (I have the Pro2) are unlike anything in their price range.

Hello, I am very surprised with the image quality of the Pro2 model I purchased. The image is impressive and there is room for further improvement, such as adding an RBE reduction through an update. I was very happy with Valerion's support. They are very friendly and try to solve any problem and are fast. I can attest that this company delivers and cares about its customers. It is an example to follow for other brands with which I have had bad experiences in the past.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Vision Master Pro 2 from Valerion, and I couldn’t be happier with both their customer support and their product. I preordered the Max unit, along with some accessories. There were several Fall Bundles that did not include the Max, so I reached out to customer support for options. I also had some technical questions, that I weaved into the same "ticket", along with several follow ups. I now on email 5 or 6 and the quality of the responses have been extremely high. I have been able to talk to the same person, they respond quickly, and have been very thoughtful in their responses. Customer service can often be overlooked when making a purchase (especially for electronics) but I can say that my experience with Valerion's support speaks leagues about the Company and has earned my confidence in purchasing their products. I bought the Valerion Visionmaster Pro about 2 weeks ago, directly from their main Website/Store.
Ordered on Thursday and it got delivered next Tuesday. (in Belgium).

Everything arrived perfectly packaged.
It got shipped from Germany if I'm not mistaking, so no worries about Customs etc.

I based my purchase purely on all the very positive reviews I read.
After my latest Optoma craped out after ±3 years I was ready for something different.
We use our projector as a TV, so it gets used a lot!
(I used to replace a bulb every 1 - 1,5 year)
The past 25 years I've owned Sony, Acer and Optoma projectors and was in fact checking out Benq after bad experiences with my latest 2 Optoma UHD's which developed dead pixels and a broken colour wheel.

In my search for a replacement projector, I noticed a lot of people asking and/or talking about Valerion which was a new name in my book.

I'm glad I checked them out!
I was quickly impressed with the specs and with the reviews, so I decided to support the "new player".

BUILD QUALITY:
The looks and feels of this thing are on another level (that I'm used to anyway).
No longer those typical cheap plastic housings, it feels solid and has a nice quality feel.

It's a device that's actually nice to look at! (ask the wife!)
I've always hated how a common projector looks in a living room.
The stylish look of the Valerion counters this nicely.

PICTURE QUALITY:
I was a little worried about the total luminance.
The PRO is advertised as 2500Lumen, and my (broken) Optoma was advertised as 4000Lumen.

I was worried that the total brightness would lack in a moderately lit room.
But looks like I was worried over nothing, the Valerion is a fair bit brighter!
(makes you think other brands just place random numbers on the box).
This thing almost hurts your eyes in bright scenes, The contrast is simply amazing, the black levels and details are fantastic.
Colours are very punchy and well calibrated out of the box.

I got nothing but positives thus far, I can go on and on..

SUPPORT:
The day I received my order I was talking to my colleague's and was showing them the “new toy” on the website.
To my surprise the Visionmaster Pro (not Pro2) was discounted even further than before.
At time of purchase, I paid €1.999 (discount 600€), but after the weekend it was €1.799 (discount 800€).

I contacted them through email and (within 24h) got a reply from Ray (support) stating that the difference had already been refunded.
They have a 30day lowest price guarantee, so they were very fast to keep me satisfied!
Refund has been confirmed in the meantime.

I can only say, keep it up!!

Everything has been well above average and should be a wake-up call for competitors.

I am honestly surprised by the level of dedication by the support team of the valerion company. They fully cooperated and guided me through my every query and with their help I was able to resolve the issue of adjusabilty of my visionmaster plus 2 projector. Second, I am also very much satisfied with the level of commitment that is WHATEVER THEY PROMISED THEY DELIVERED. Last but not the least I will remain BRAND LOYAL to VELARION.

I have just bought a Valerion Vision Master Pro 2 with a screen, tripod, and 3D glasses from the Valerion website. A large outlay that I have saved for a long long time. The tripod machining on the metal was defective and Valerion are sending me a replacement within a week.

Ordered an extra plug for Visionmaster Pro 2, was charged duties on it, and was refunded that cost to me. The projector itself it amazing, very satisfied with purchase.

The messaging experience has been great so far. They respond pretty quickly (the same day) and have helped me with issue so far.

I recently purchased the Valerion Streammaster plus2, and i am genuinely impressed. The picture quality is stunning, the sound is exceptional, and based on my experience so far, their customer service team is among the best i've encountered. I decided to upgrade from a very nice but now slightly dated Xgimi projector. Having read the reviews and seeing that it was on offer, I went for the Valerion Plus 2. It really is a step-up in terms of picture quality and I'm so pleased with it. Delivery was pretty quick and it arrived in less than a week (I'd emailed Valerion customer services for an update and Ray replied promptly, only to find that it was waiting for me when I got home from work so great customer service). Exceptionally well packaged and it's great taking the bits from the box. I also really like that there isn't a separate power brick - the plug is slightly larger and does away with a separate box. It's ceiling mounted and I'd checked Projector Central for the throw distance to my 100" screen - the only thing I didn't clock was that the lens isn't centred (duh!) so I had to move it over a bit. Otherwise the range of settings is phenomenal and menus easy to get into. I use an Nvidia Shield and an Onkyo amp but really I don't actually need a separate source anymore as I can Bluetooth audio from the Plus 2 to the amp. The only feedback for Valerion is that the door for the inputs is a bit redundant as it has to be open all the time for the power supply and any HDMI feeds. Also for ceiling mounts, how about a "Valerion" badge you can rotate 180 degrees? Otherwise I'm so pleased with the projector and can highly recommend it!
