I have shopped with Valentinas Boutique for a few years now, and would recommend this small business to everyone and anyone!

The owner herself, is such a beautiful soul and would go out of her way to help you. You can tell she cares about her customers, and her work.

Beautifully made custom items that truly stand out. You can tell a lot of thought and passion goes into every single design. Everything is made to perfection, including the wrapping! I’ve never shopped anywhere that takes so much care and thought into their wrapping!

We get compliments all the time regarding Valentinas Items and now my daughters wardrobe if full of items from Valentinas Boutique, really unique and great quality clothing which are personalised to YOU.

Absolutely love this page. I have ordered personalised denim jackets for my daughter and her friend , ordered 2 personalised hoodies, leggins and crop jumper set and the most beautiful white blazer . Love the unique designs, love the colours and personalisation is a bonus.

I’ve contacted the owner by email to query sizes , to query certain colours and always received fast and courteous responses .

Delighted with the service and quality received on all orders .

I have now ordered 4 suitcases and 2 ponchos for me and my little girl.

The suitcases are fab they even come with its own Lock. Ive placed 2 last minute orders and ive received them with days of ordering.
I can highly recommend this site. The customer service is brilliant and kept me in the loop at all times.
My 4 kids love the suitcases and they are easy to spot in the airport!

I’ve actually been shopping with Valentinas for a few years now and I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed. The quality is always fab and delivery super quick! Highly recommend for unique little pieces xx

I ordered a suitcase, what I received was nothing like the picture, you couldn’t even see the name that was meant to be sprayed, it just looked like a mess of random paint. The paints used to spray it were also super dull compared to the website. I messaged to advise I was t happy, and have been ignored. Save your hard earned money people, gutted I wasted my birthday money. Terrible products and terrible customer service, not even an acknowledgement.

Purchased a hoodie on the 16th Nov, website stated a 3 week turnaround, by the 3rd of December i had received nothing, no tracking information (my order email stated i would get a follow up email with tracking when the item was sent - i never did!)
I got an email back saying the item was being despatched on the 4th Dec, never got any tracking information at this stage either!
the item also never arrived!

Fast forward 2 weeks (almost 5 weeks on from placing my order) after reaching out to this company via email, their website, paypal, facebook and Instagram i finally got a response on the 17 Dec promising to send tracking info and stating the item had been sent, again as previously this was untrue!

i had to chase the tracking again and was sent a screen shot of a tracking number that was obscured so i couldn’t even use it, each day all of my comments (and those of other customers) were deleted from this companies social media, so they knew there was issues but deleted all trace of them, presumably so no other potential customers saw them!

On the first email i got off this company they stated they were a “one man band” and had been poorly with a virus, plausible until still on the 6 Dec they were still touting on social media for more customers and stating when last orders were for guaranteed xmas delivery!
If you were so ill that you were struggling to fulfill orders and timescales why would you want more when you cannot even cope with what you already have.

The communication was pretty dire, zero consideration to the customers who had ordered and paid for the item with quoted time scales in mind! (my order wasn’t a christmas present) hence when ordering i took into account the 3 week turnaround, the purpose of this order and requirement for it had passed by the time i eventually got it!

A little communication would go along way!!!
finally got the top yesterday - 34 days after ordering it!
the item looks nice enough, does smell badly of spray paint though! hopefully after some
washes that will disperse.

All of this could have been managed a lot better, Communication is key! - having the courtesy to respond goes a long way too, instead of just deleting messages and comments and ignoring them!!
Had this been handled better i wouldn’t probably be even writing this review!

overall item nice enough, does stink tho!
but wouldn’t order again or recommend as totally stressful!

Also to note! i’ve worn the top ONCE and washed it on a 30 degree wash and the bright pink paint has faded and washed away in areas!
Ok if you only intend to wear the item once i suppose!
The top also still smells highly of the paint used which makes me question what this paint is actually for originally!
