I'm from the US and I needed help buying an apartment in Valencia. Cris helped with scheduling, translating for apartment viewings as well as negotiating prices, reviewing deed and contract with the notary, and helping me obtain a mortgage. Even after the sale he helped me with hiring contractors for remodeling. I recommend Cris and Valencia my Home for anything housing related in Valencia.

Cris helped me to find the perfect apartment for very good price. He was patient and very professional. Helped me with all paperwork and helped me communicate with landlords and even prepare required paperwork for them. I felt safe and taken care of.
