Before this we tried three different task managers this one is the most adequate. It is not overloaded with unnecessary functions, but at the same time it has everything you need. File loading works quickly, the interface is clear . For six months of use we have not encountered any serious bugs.

We implemented Vaiz in our marketing agency, it's just night and day compared to how we worked before. It's especially cool that clients can see the progress of their projects themselves. True, some had to be explained how to use it, but now there are fewer calls asking "where's my banner?

We have a small business
We have a small business, and for a long time we doubted whether it was worth implementing such a system, it turned out that it was worth it! I especially like how easy it is to track the deadlines for completing tasks. Now we know exactly at what stage the bottleneck is and who is responsible for what. In a month, the entire team got used to it, now without vaiz it's like being without hands.

We decided to try Vaiz for a small team of developers. We liked that it didn't take long to figure it out - the interface is intuitive, and basic things like creating tasks and tracking deadlines are a piece of cake. For our team size - just what we needed

I work in the IT departament, we manage all requests through Vaiz. It is convenient that clients can track the status themselves, i do not have to answer the same question a hundred times. How is my request? Automating the routune really saves time.

Switched to Vaiz six months ago and…
Switched to Vaiz six months ago and finally stopped drowing in chats and spreadsheets. Really pleased that it can be customized to fit out needs - we have a specific document approval process, and everything was successfully adapted. It felt a bit unusual at first, but the support team helped us get the hang of it.
