I have ordered Vadham Teas multiple times over the past few years & had been happy with them. This time my credit card was charged by Vadham, but they claimed never to have received my order. I tried working this out with them for several days to no avail. Ultimately I had to open a dispute resolution with Amex, who reversed the charge. Vadham was totally unhelpful & after this experience they've lost me as a customer.

Really fresh teas, plus love their initiative of teaching the farmer's kids. Love the brand!

I read negative reviews about Vahdam Tea products bought off Amazon coming to customers outdated and appearing tampered with. I specifically went directly to the Vahdam Tea site to order because I did not want the tea delivered from Amazon Prime. I paid the high shipping costs again expecting to receive a fresh and tamper-free product. Instead, the tea was delivered by Amazon. Vahdam has confirmed with me that even though you purchase off their site AND pay shipping, they still use Amazon Prime to source from and ship their product. This is a complete rip off and really misleads the customer. I'm extremely disappointed with the company and will never purchase from them again.

A true Indian experience!
Got scammed from the customer service with sent the wrong tea. After 3 months of emails, I gave up.
They had all sorts of excuses:
'we already sent it' - no tracking code
'we had some problems, it will be sent soon' - nothing
'we had a problem with your address, can you send me another address?' - you had no problems before, how many addresses do you think I have?!
Literally 3 months of emails wasted, horrible experience and I am sure that all the referrals in the websites are not true - Really!? Oprah and Mariah? Laughable!

Als gebürtige Engländerin geniesse ich täglich meinen Schwarztee. Bei Vahdam schätze ich vor allem die Sorten in zertifizierter Bio-Qualität. Ich liebe das ausgewogene Aroma des Earl Grey von Vahdam. Seit Jahren schon bestelle ich verschiedene Sorten direkt online bei Vahdam Teas. Die Lieferung erfolgt innert weniger Tage direkt aus Indien, die Bestellabwicklung war bei meinen Bestellungen immer absolut transparent und zuverlässig. Ich kann Vahdam Teas nur empfehlen.

I ordered my tea on 19th October. The courier attempted delivery once but did not leave a docket and since then I have not had responses from Vahdam Help email. This means I have paid £70 for products that I have not received.

Just the worst customer service!

Unreliable. Although the teas are very good, customer service is lacking professionally. I've received the wrong teas and trying to get the right one but they are vague and requesting images to prove that, and buying time until I just give up. The whole process is not clear and they are highly unorganized. The prices are not clear on the website and the discounts are not always working. They also have a problem in localizing languages in the EU as I've received an email in German. Will not buy again from their website, probably better to rely on Amazon.

Auf VAHDAM Teas bin ich über deren Produktangebot bei Amazon gestossen. Die Produkte und das Unternehmenskonzept empfand ich als sehr interessant. Auch der Sitz des Unternehmens in Indien konnte mich aufgrund der Möglichkeit mit PayPal zu bezahlen und einer Lieferzeit von 3 - 5 Tagen nicht abschrecken - also habe ich bestellt.

Nach 4 Tagen war meine Bestellung immer noch im Status "unbearbeitet". Rückfragen per Email wurden nicht beantwortet, Rückfragen im Chat leider auch nicht - vielmehr wurde immer nach meiner Email gefragt (um mir besser helfen zu können). Danach war dann auch wieder Ruhe - Hilfe gab es keine.

Daraufhin habe ich sowohl per Email als auch per Chat meine Bestellung storniert - erstmal ohne Reaktion. Am Ende jedoch wurde mir dann die Stornierungsbestätigung und die Rückerstattung der Zahlung zugesendet.

Fazit: Interessante Produkte, sympathisches Unternehmenskonzept - aber das Online-Business muss erst noch erlernt werden. Ich kaufe meinen Tee bei anderen Anbietern, wünsche jedoch VAHDAM Teas alles Gute.
