I've paid almost $500 dollars to stay at Circus Circus in Las Vegas which I could have booked for $150 and I never received any of the promised complimentary gifts after attending the mandatory presentation.

My experience was fine with just a little problems in hearing the person talking to me. She was soft spoken and just difficult to hear her questions. Other than that, optional days were given clearly and we booked a new day.

I canceled my package and its been over a year of calling and emailing and they still will not refund my money. Its always the run around with this company. Don't trust them. This started in December of 24 it's March of 26 now and still not resolved.

It was a little hard to book our trip, but once we got it booked we had no issues getting in and out of our hotel. The hotel was phenomenal.

Fel was very professional and explained everything well. He was kind and courteous. He was very knowledgeable.

Questions were answered and communication was clear.

The customer service was excellent. However, now I'm waiting for the certificates that show I can book a cruise.

The agent worked hard to find me dates and availability where I didn't have to pay upgrade

VERY difficult to book , options not available
Booked a trip and had to cancel, went to reschedule and would not honor the upgrade fee I had paid for the initial reservation. Over and hour on the phone to be told (billing) will not refund or honor the upgrade. Called back and was told they would check into it but after 57 minutes I hung up. Money lost I guess, LESSON LEARNED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

The individual I spoke with was very helpful in trying to accommodate my vacation plans. Very pleasant to work with.

Sales rep made changing the booking easy and understandable

We purchased the offer for a 3 night stay at several hotels in Las Vegas with the required commitment to attend a 90 min presentation. We arrived at the “presentation” that was supposed to be in a ballroom with many other prospective vacationers. We were the sole attendees. We met with the sales reps in the hotel lobby. After 120 min (supposed to be 90) I requested to discuss alone with my husband and was told they were leaving soon. A quick google search revealed less than favorable reviews. We said we would consider and return the next day if we decided we were interested. We did receive 3 promised incentive emails promising GCs. We went to Pampas for dinner the same evening with our $200 GC and were told Pampas no longer accepts those vouchers bc VO never paid them. Not surprised….we thoroughly enjoyed our meal on our own dime. Lesson learned…..don’t accept any offers from this company. COMPLETE SCAM

The representative took the time to explain the issues with the original hotel and clarify the new hotel.
