We have been impressed from the beginning with a great customer service, friendly and customer focused, offered by Katie.
I got what I requested, clean and great motorhome.
When return we had a good feedback from Katei too, as well Katie have been one of the greatest member of staff that I met

Just returned our motorhome after our first rental experience with Vaaroom and we will be back that's for sure. When we picked it up the motorhome was clean, well equipped and just what we needed for our festival break. From the first phone call Katie was clear and helpful and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we left. What a great alternative - and a lot less hassle - than camping. Thanks Katie!

Great Camperhome rental company! Friendly staff, camper in good condition and had no issues whatsoever. Thank you very much! Coming from abroad it would be convenient if you would offer linnen and pick-up service from the airport in the future.

Nice motorhome, great customer services

I decided to hire a motorhome so that my wife and her relatives could have some comfort at a big horse show. As it turned out I could not go but the Van and the people around it were excellent. From the booking and the last minute change of driver to Katie at the depot who was just all around helpful.

A great experience from start to finish. Everyone at Vaaroom has been so helpful right from the beginning when booking straight through to returning the motorhome. Everyone has been so friendly and I can't praise Katie enough who was so informative and helpful when showing us the motorhome for the first time. We were impressed by the cleaniness and ease of driving and despite only hiring for a week we grew quite attached to the fabulous motorhome so much so that we all felt bummed out when we had to return it.
Thanks again Katie and the rest of the team at Vaaroom! We're already planning our next adventure with Elvis!

Just got back from Devon. The Motorhome was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful at pickup & return. It was surprisingly easy to drive, even round the tight bends, roads & hills in Coastal Devon. The cab aircon & cruise control came in very handy on the Motorways too.

We tried a campsite and it was brilliant turning up and being able to sleep with only a plug to plug into the vehicle. Everything we needed was included. We also tried off grid and that was fun being parked next to the beach, with a personal shower available after a day on the beach.

This was our first time renting a motorhome.
Since the first contact with Varoom staff I feel that I was at the right place to have this fantastic holidays renting motorhome.
We do a touring of 10 days and we already miss this fantastic holidays it was a great time with a great motorhome we have no problems with the veículo and great conditions at Romford depot.
Victor he was very helpful and a great person on the collet day.
I just met Katie on the day when I dropped the motorhome also fantastic person very comunicate and helpful.
Me and my family can't wait for the next holidays and have this fantastic service again from Varoom.

As a first time driver of a Motorhome Maria really gave me confidence before I even started and was there throughout to assist with anything. Aly did well going over all the necessary things but I couldn't remember everything and rather than read through all the handy leaflets it was easier to text. Thanks again guys I'll be seeing you soon as it really was a fab memory Kat

As we have a T4 campervan and drove from Tavistock in Devon we decided to rent a Motorhome from the Kelty Depot.
To take on the NC500 with a 2 Birth Motorhome as we have two dogs more room.
The service from start to finish was outstanding, and Marie and Ali were both very helpful all the way through.
Like to personally thank them both.

Fantastic experience renting from Varoom, excellent customer service throughout from Laura, Alex and the guys at the Bristol depot made it extremely easy to pick up and return. Alex explained the workings of the van clearly and precisely. 10/10

Rented a van from the Romford depo. Spoke with Sharon & Laura on the phone to arrange it. Very polite & helpful. When I went to collect it I was met with Katie who was friendly, bubbly and made the instructions on how to use the van & it's facilities easy to remember.
Unfortunately we had an incident which involved us damaging the van. Luckily the insurances covered everything needed. Katie was extremely helpful and informative. We were gutted we damaged it as it is a beautiful van. Katie put our minds to rest saying it would be good as new in no time.
I would recommend hiring a Campervan from Katie in the future. She is super helpful & the van was absolutely spotlessly clean. Customer service was 10 out of 10 in everyway.

Great motorhome, we had the Chausson 514, ideal for us, 2 berth, collection/pick up from Doddington near Bristol, ideal, as were touring Cornwall on the Atlantic coast, and into Deven, we were first timers, and not really knowing what we were in for, buit we had a great time, a couple of hiccups down some of Cornwalls narrow lanes, had to reverse a couple of times, suggest you get a hood sat nav software, so you can enter the dimensions, stops all of that sending you down unsuitable "B" roads, hehe, (Sygic truck and caravan is good one, and free, works off line, also google maps is good off line, you tube shows you how, the van, very comfortable, great double bed, as long as the site is flat, use the chocks to get it as level as you can, will do it again, now we are a bit more pro with it, go for it and have fun, and Vaaroom are a great hire company, helpful,

Hired a motorhome last August for a motorsport meeting, handover was smooth and van was well presented.
Our trip went without mishap and the motorhome was ideal for our needs.
Staff at Kelty branch were very knowledgable and very helpful, they made sure we knew where and how to use everything before our trip.
Have rebooked to hire another this year for the same event.
Pleasure to deal with.

Easy pick up. Easier than I thought to drive. Compact with everything we needed for a short break. Very convenient to stay on site at Silverstone Grand Prix.

I am a returning customer and as always the service from my Customer Service contacts through to the team at the depot was great. I rented a two birth motor home which was clean, prepared for collection and very comfortable.
