Very good course. Gives you the bare essentials for doing UX Design, and explains it in a way that even a someone who's not very experienced with digital design can understand. Also the post course support has been very good - with constant career advice and advisors at hand for your job seeking needs.

The course was really comprehensive and the practical experience from completing the projects really helped to supplement the learning. The Slack channel and seminars are a great help with getting some feedback or just seeing what other people have done. The tutors and UXDI team are also really friendly and super helpful whenever you ask any questions.

Don't be put off by the exam. I was a little worried about the exam when I signed up but there was no need to be as I found I had a good working knowledge of all of the concepts covered by the time I reached that end point.

The course material was well structured with bite sized videos that were easy to follow and digest. What I loved was that each module built on the previous and each coursework submission followed the design process of a typical UX project. It is very satisfying to look back at the amount of material I produced in a relatively short amount of time, concluding in a high definition prototype. What sets this course apart however is the support you receive. In addition to the regular webinars, the team were always available over Slack and email to promptly answer any questions or concerns. Most recently, they have provided me with invaluable post-certification career advice. Overall, my experience has been 100% positive and I can highly reccomend.

The Professional Diploma in UX Design is a great program! I was very satisfied with my experience with the UX Design institute and the course I've finished. The lectures were easy to follow and all of them showed real life examples, which was super helpful. There is support from mentors and the Student Success team, I always got help when I needed. There is a great community of UX professionals and students, so the program is also a great way to connect with others. I can only recommend, the education offered here is of very high standard.

The course is well-structured and follows a clear path. Whenever you have a question you get help quickly and overall they are very supportive. You may also attend additional seminars with leaders of UX Design which I can recommend to get a deeper understanding of the subject.

I preferred the UX Design Institute because it was the most affordable course with a university credit-rated diploma. I am so happy with my choice! I have learned the core research methods, analysis techniques, and design methods. The lessons were interesting to watch and easy to follow. I got help whenever I asked. Current and previous students are still part of the slack community and helping each other.

The structure of the course was great, and the student success team was always helpful and responsive. The extra features of having webinars with people from the industry, as well as the slack channel made it even a better experience

Overall I enjoyed the Professional Diploma in UX Design course. I believe the course is well-structured and covers all the essential aspects of UX, from research, how to conduct usability testing to user interaction, wireframing and prototyping. A good point about the content is that it is explained with visual real examples and practical. Also you have the opportunity to hear advice and methodologies from professionals currently working in the sector. One of the best parts was the hands-on projects that allowed me to put the theory into practice. However, to get the most out of the course, you need to be proactive and determined. It’s not just about attending the lessons, you really need to engage with the material, planning your steps, seek feedback, and continuously push yourself to refine your skills. Sometimes it can be overwhelming but you have webinars and the tutor's support to guide you on the right track. I am extremely happy to have completed the course, it has given me a solid foundation and it encourages me to keep going deeper and think about how to tackle real UX/UI challenges.

I spent a year trying to teach myself UX design but often struggled. This course provided the knowledge I needed to thrive as a UX designer, and I can’t thank them enough. Plus, it was more affordable than others.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Content Design course and can highly recommend it to anyone looking to build both theoretical and practical skills in this field. The best part for me was the opportunity to immediately apply what I learned in projects. It wasn’t just about absorbing knowledge; the course was structured in a way that encouraged hands-on experience, which made the learning process engaging and meaningful.

The instructors were always available for support, and provided insightful feedback that helped me grow. The balance between theory and practice was exactly what I was looking for. This course truly met my expectations, and I now feel more confident in my content design abilities.

People were very helpful and now I am waiting to take my final exam, I learnt a lot of new useful things which I hope to use in my new carrieer

I thought the course provided a really good grounding in UX to build upon. The learning set-up meant I had the flexibility to complete the diploma in my own time whilst balancing work and family. I've really appreciated the webinars with industry experts they run most months (that I will have continued access too) and I felt that the support and feedback from tutors was a key selling point that didn't disappoint.

I have finished my UX Design Certificate 4 months ago and have already been using many of the techniques introduced on my day to day work. I was a ui designer when i took the course, and it gave me a broader view on all the steps that confront the creation of that product. I feel more confident with my designs now.
