Ordered 1 day before arrived next day they say 2-3 business days but my order arrived next day couldn't be pleased.

Problem with HA purina canine 3kg x2
Been using this company for several months now purchasing my dogs hydrolyzed diet. My dog always loves this food, until this morning We opened a new bag and he literally wouldn’t go anywhere near the bowl. He continued to refuse it at dinner time. (He never misses a meal it’s his favourite time of day!) so we opened the second bag and he sadly refused that aswell. He did however finish off the food in his treat bag like he had been starved (this was from the previous bag)
I emailed the company and was told

We understand this situation is frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please rest assured that your feedback is valuable to us, and we will take it into consideration to ensure the best possible experience for our customers moving forward.
This is very disappointing, I have spent a lot of money and have 2 x 3kg of food he won’t eat (from the same batch code)

i never received the order i was refunded apparently the order was dispatched twice and damaged in transit on both occasions.

Customer Service here is something Special
Customer Service is outstanding they go above and beyond to help you plus they do price match just send them the link. Nothing is ever any problem to these guys , so if you don't see what your looking for on their website just email them and they will do their best to source it for you.

If I could give a zero I would. Avoid at all costs!!! Customer service is absolutely deplorable. They offer no resolution to problems. Although they state customer service satisfaction guaranteed on there website. Couldn't be further from the truth. Was my first and last time ordering from here.
