Horrible company and customer service
I ordered a 110v lamp with a timer. What I received was a 220v lamp. I live in the United States. So now I’m out my $271.00 and have a stupid lamp that I didn’t order and can’t use. I contacted support and they replied one time saying they were going to send me a step up transformer but never did. Now they won’t respond at all. I have reported them to the BBB. Horrible company.

Ordered a handheld lamp which is defective & doesn't work. I've contacted the company to arrange a return without my having to pay S & H but they have still not gotten back to me. I really needed this. Very disappointing.

Great price and pretty quick shipping even with slower shipping times due to COVID. Only time will tell if this light works for aiding with psoriasis..

The UVB lamp allowed me to do…
The UVB lamp allowed me to do self-treatments at home and it put my eczema into remission. If you hesitate to buy this because of the price, think of all the money spent on things that didn't work such as creams, shampoos etc. And you can use the lamp when you get another breakout. The lamp is excellent and arrived quickly. Service was great. No issues!! Thank you!

Share my honest experience? Uh, yes please. This little guy has been a blessing. I use it as often as I was driving to and from dermatology appointments. Such less hassle. Same amazing effects on my psoriasis. Thanks!! I recommend a million times.

First time to me sent the wrong unit
First time to me sent the wrong unit - 230V. After my letter this unit was asked to return, and after sent me the right unit, what is working good. But nobody returned me money for shipping. I attached to the letter the shipping receipt.l am still waiting the money for the shipping.

First one sent didn't work as…
First one sent didn't work as manufacture defect. So upgraded me and sent me new one, no charge, after I returned old one.
Love this lamp. Has helped my psorasis greatly and has kept me out of the tanning beds.
