On Friday January 13, 2024 they said they would give me my money back a gentleman called.
Then I received this email that stated they wouldn't.
It's been a total fiasco.
So now they are holding my $190.80 hostage and state they "have the right" to keep my money.

Well organized.

For $109 they will email you a link to the actual government website...that's it! Now all my private information is in unknown hands! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
EDIT-Jan11 Now they are trying to get this review removed and are asking me for MORE personal information... RUN don't walk away.

Quick, easy and clear

Very easy online renewal.

It made the replacement of my lost passport quick and easy!!

The prompts r easy to follow.

The people I talked to were helpful and courteous. The online applicaiton process was easy to use.

This site is a complete scam. I was unaware that I was not filling out a request with the official US Passport site and filled out their registration. They requested $128.95 for the passport renewal, which I paid. Next, I was informed that a representative would call me to ask a few last questions and a time/date were established. The agent “Antony” tried to reach me but it kept going to my spam and he could only leave a voicemail. After several tries I asked to call HIM so we could connect but he said they only had “one line” and that would be impossible. We went back and forth with e-mail and finally I asked that my $$ be refunded, as they were not going to provide a passport renewal service. 2 weeks later I have still not been refunded, even though I filled out their paperwork. I’ve been told to “be patient”
I’m convinced that this is nothing but a hoax and will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

As I worked through the process, the website kept returning to New Application. It was confusing but I found the information below.

Your email was going junk so I wasn’t responding. I’m so glad you took the time to call me or I wouldn’t have thought to check my junk email.

By mistake entered bank information. Not a word back. Complete scam. Don't trust these scam artists. Fake positive reviews only show how unprofessional this company is. Please, note that these scammers are based in UK. They are not US business and they have no contact phone number. Filed a claim with my bank.
Update: My bank successfully reversed this fraudulent payment. I was informed that this "foreign entity" was on the list of scammers. Never received any updates from the company in regards to canceled transaction.

I would give them 0 stars. I got charged from them when I DID NOT even finished my passport . I have to close my account because I think they are scam. Should not provided bank account information to anyone. Now I have no way to stop them from digging my bank account.

Overall, so far, good. Now, let's see if the follow up interview works! And, how fast I receive my new passport.

This company is a complete scam.
They provided no service. Scheduled a phone call and never called. They have no phone number, only an email address without any response.
DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!
