Very pleased with US lock supply

This is the second time that I am ordering from US lock supply and each time the items I ordered were delivered in a timely fashion and also packed well. No damage whatsoever. I recommend anybody interested in what they sell to use this company in the future.

Good customer service

We are tax exempt. It was a please to actually speak with someone quickly, address my request, and process the order.
I would definitely recommend them for hardware.

Horrible customer service and

I ordered three single cylinder deadbolts from US Lock Supply. I paid $20 per lock to have them keyed alike. The deadbolts I received were keyed differently. Further, the page said the lock came with a 6 pin keyway. US Lock Supply sent keys cut for 5 pins. When I complained, I received a curt "I don't know how that happened" - no offer to make the order right. I had to insist on a return. Then the representative had the gall to tell me to "pack them very well".
