usceshonn is a scam company. Ordered two cherry trees, received dry twigs. No answer from company.

I express my formal dissatisfaction with my recent purchase of a cherry tree. The tree arrived in poor condition, appearing dry and inadequately packaged. Furthermore, the planting manual promised at the time of sale was not included. Despite sending three separate inquiries to your provided contact addresses, I have yet to receive the instructions or a helpful resolution. One response was in German stating a delay, another was in Chinese, and the third remains unanswered. Given the state of the product and the lack of professional support, I am concerned about the legitimacy of this transaction. Please provide the planting instructions immediately and confirm how you intend to address the poor condition of the tree. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be forced to pursue a refund through my payment provider.

Ordered 2 Cherry Trees, 2 dry broken twigs arrived. What a joke. $40 for live cherry trees.

I placed an order with Usceshonn on November 5, 2025. The merchant never delivered the goods and never provided a valid tracking number despite repeated requests. The phone number listed by the merchant is not operational.
The merchant repeatedly claimed the order was "lost" and that replacement shipments were sent with delivery promised within 10-15 days. These claims were false, and no delivery occurred.

I ordered these nutritional nut boats. I ordered 6 boxes for $66. When this product arrived at my door, I opened the shipping box. Each box of these nut boat treats claimed on the outside of the box, it contained 10 boats. The box contained 5 boats.
I opened 1 little boat to eat, and took a bite. It was so stale, it was inedible.
I contacted the company about both of these issues. After about a month of emails, they would only refund 60% of my money back.
Very dissatisfied.
