Tom Spencer was incredibly helpful! He worked hard to get us a good deal and found a great company to ship our vehicle. It was urgent and he really put time in to accommodate our need to ship quickly. Would highly recommend them and I will be reaching out to Tom for any future vehicle shipments

Possible Bait and switch! quoted $300, 3 days later it would cost $700, then reduced to $550. Driver went to wrong house did not pick up motorcycle and left, did not even phone pick up number. Zach Hector produced a call log stating that the driver phoned me 6 times! It was not my driver it was another driver completely. I then asked for my $80 down payment back, Hector refused threatened me with legal action and even a $20,000 court case stating quoted "I'm warning you!. Bait and Switch proof?.. I asked for another quote which was exactly 2 times the distance as the first, guess what quote from Zach Hector......... $300!!!
Do not deal with the company.

This is in reply to your comments regarding my experience in dealing with your company and why you received a 1 star rating. I am not surprised that your company is totally removed from believing the truth. I also have pictures and logs that you say you will send to anyone upon request. I also have these documents that were supplied to me by your associate Zach Hector. I think that this would be a bad idea, please read on.
TRUTH #1... Picture supplied by your driver as the pick up point is WRONG. If you use Google Earth, put in the correct pickup address you will see that your proof is worthless as it proves that it is the WRONG HOUSE.
TRUTH #2... The call log in both our possession shows 6 calls to my number, but no numbers are shown on your log. remember I too have a call log. The calls on my log show that they were from an 802 Virginia area code. Your pick up drivers area code is 929. My log shows that I never did receive any calls from the 929 number neither did my man at the pick up point. My log shows that i called the 929 number 2 times with no answer. I have called the 802 number and the driver confirms that he was not involved in my pick up. YOUR PROOF, WRONG AGAIN! I will help you here, could it be that you gave my number to the wrong driver. If you do send these documents to anyone that asks for them and the call log miraculously shows my cell phone number then I will have to take action.
All of the above points has documentary evidence that confirms details I mentioned in my review are correct. I dislike my honesty being questioned and suggest that you remove you comments and save further embarrassment to your company. if not then I have no alternative but to send all details to the BBB. All I ask is that my deposit of $84 be returned to me. FOOTNOTE. I did eventually get my motorcycle picked up and delivered within 36 hours by one of your competitors at a price way below yours who obviously got a 5 star rating from me

Was given a quote for $260. They had my vehicle info ( year, make, model) when quoted. Then the day before the transport, they came back and said my truck was too big, they increased the cost to an additional $350. That was after I put down a deposit of $60. I ended up paying $410. Not the $260 they quoted.

I hit the Jackpot with US Car Ship and Trucking!! I contacted them approximately 4 months ago to schedule a shipment for September 16, 2024. I was paired up with Tim David from the company. Tim is the ULTIMATE PROFESSIONAL! He and the company are incredibly easy to work with. Tim was so professional, that he texted me EVERY week leading up to the pickup, the day of the pickup and then when it was delivered to Virginia from Florida!! That is OUTSTANDING service and he truly made me feel that I was the ONLY client they had!
What is even more impressive is that the car was delivered within 24 hours of being picked up! And the Driver (Denzel) was OUTSTANDING!
At no time was I ever nervous about this delivery and the price is OUTSTANDING, especially with the amount of service and care you get from the company!
I was very hesitant doing this because I have never shipped a vehicle before, but PLEASE TRUST ME ON THIS, this company is OUTSTANDING! Nothing with hidden from me in the pricing and they work extremely hard to give you the ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE!!
Please do not look any further for your car shipping needs, you have found the BEST! And please ask for Tim David! He is OUTSTANDING and will certainly take care of you and have you feeling very at ease and confident of the process!

Finding a company to ship your vehicle can be very hard, not to mention stressful. Tim David was extremely helpful in not only finding a driver for me, but in finding a great price as well. A huge thank you to him and the team they have.

Being on a tight budget and being a pain in the ass. Just like must of you. They try and find the best price to transport,they can only give a quote it's the drivers that put there time and money in there trucks plus the gas that gives there price. I had a budget and they found me a driver that was able to do it from NJ to FL. The transporter was on time with the pick up and delivery. One has to understand things happen sometimes during the transport. But that's the chances one has to take. They communicated to make sure everything was going good. It's stressful to find the right one for the job and they got it done. I would highly recommend they just have to keep a opened mine with the process. I know who to call next time to ship. A dig THANK YOU to them

My husband and I have been dealing with this company since July. Between the bait and switch that went on for days. They now left our motorcycle with 4400.00 worth of damage.

Liars! DO NOT TRUST THEM! Quote you a price and then when the truck is almost at the location to pick up the vehicle, the price almost doubles. If you want to cancel they say you need to pay a cancellation fee. Worst of the worst! I wish I had done more research about this company before I signed the contract with them. STAY AWAY !

Still dealing with us car ship and trucking lies. Was told they called the insurance company to help me with the damage on my bike. After emails with the so called insurance company. They had no clue of any contact and did even have a contact number. Stay away from this company. If you have them do anything and you have damage they will lie about everything

Us car ship and truck has replied to a review from me. They called me a blackmailer and I’m trying to blackmail them for money That in itself is defamation or character and slander which I’ll seek other avenues on that . Plus trustpilot is censoring me. So here are facts from there response
