This company is terrible. They played around for over a week attempting to get a driver. They promised and apologized for over a week, didn't pick up 3 times that were scheduled. In conclusion, they never picked up, they don't have the resources and experience to do this job.

I am very happy with the services of the US CARSHIP & TRUCKING. Tim David was amazing, very helpful and attentive!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Do not trust this guy no matter what! It’s all lies. They will take your money and say your truck is being picked up for one price, then tell you it’s $500 more at the time of pick up. They told me 3 times my truck would be picked up and all 3 times nothing happened and the price went up if I wanted my truck shipped. I will Filing a complaint with CFPB

James Mathew found me a driver in 30 minutes. In two hours the car was picked up from Copart.👍

This company was deceitful from the onset. Contact names were obviously fabricated. Initial quote and discussion about pickup to the holiday and my concerns. Assured that quote and associated flexibility clauses were a formality and there would be no issue for pickup as quoted. That didn't happen unless I wanted to pay almost 3x. Assured that pickup and quoted price would be available the Monday following. That also didn't happen but they were able to get it picked up a day or two later for more than double the quote. When told that it was unacceptable and that they are again baiting and switching and if THEY couldn't deliver as quoted then we should cancel. That then required forfeiture of my deposit and they wanted acknowledgement a littany of other falsehoods.

I recently shipped my car with US Car ship and trucking. I had good experience, Tom Spencer helped me through out the delivery. He been very kind and guided me well!!

I have been working with Tim David. Nice service, always in contact updates about the the status f shipping! Happy holidays!!!

Motorcycle was picked up quickly. Delivered with no damage in a speedy manner. Very satisfied with the service.

He communicated clearly and regularly, which made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. The vehicle arrived on time and in excellent condition. I highly recommend Tim David for anyone seeking reliable and efficient vehicle shipment services. The only downside was my price went up a couple hundred from original quote.

Us car ship and trucking has now just gone to calling me names. And copied and past the same response. They have a email that says email for proof. Funny thing I’ve had 20 people in 5 states ask for it. No response. Go figure. I’ve asked 3 times myself. Trustpiolt won’t let me copy and paste the same thing. Double standard you think.
