Excellent service, I recommend this company to all, Adam went above and beyond to find me a trusted car carrier to transport my car from TX to FL, communicating with me every step, He said when my car would arrive 😀 and it arrived on schedule, no surprises when dealing with these guys. I recently had my car shipped from Texas to Florida with US CARSHIP TRUCKING LLC, and the experience was exceptional. From the initial booking to the delivery at my doorstep in Florida. The pickup was no time, and the delivery was even a day earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. My car arrived in perfect condition, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. I highly recommend this Company for anyone needing reliable vehicle transport. Five stars all the way!

Believe the negative reviews because they’re true about this company. I finally got my vehicle delivered after they didn’t show up the first time. Gave me an excuse about the driver had met their DOT mileage. The next date, they didn’t show up until late and had the people to stay late because the driver refused to pick up the vehicle because it wasn’t enough money. They found another driver and added $100.00 to the price. The price changed 3 times from when this whole thing started. Zach called me pretending to be his own boss asking what happened. I hung up on him. Then he had the driver to call and threaten me about not delivering my vehicle. He said they were going to put it in a storage and send me the address of the storage because I was causing problems for their company. Stay away from this company!!! Bad news 👎🏽👎🏽

Simon Smith was great to work with. I actually fired two other companies who left me in a lurch. Simon came through. His drivers were professional and communication was above the standard. I will work with them from now on

ok i have left 3 complaints reguarding us auto ship reguarding them scamming me out of 225us dollars and now there saying im black mailing them what a laff i could go on and on they want to see my info on how and when and where they scammed me but ,i have the proof the funds taken from my bank account 125,00 the down payment and 100,00 to get out of there contract i know i was scammed and they know they scammed me , i will not share my bank info for the world to see ,all i wanted was my car shipped and we had a date to pick up and that never happened 3x so now they want me to produce for them my info yah right when a contract is made if the person you make the contract with does not do there job and contract is nil and void but not this company they tend to horas and beged for me to take my post down i told them pay me back or it stays up and this is black mail , stay away from this company simon

Simon Smith is the ABSOLUTE BEST, SWEETEST, MOST HELPFUL, UNDERSTANDING & PATIENT person I have EVER had the HONOR of dealing with. He went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me with every problem I had, and TRUST ME I HAD PLENTY! He NEVER ONCE got aggravated, upset or tired of dealing with me. He DID NOT STOP until he had me and all my problems taken care of. And then he checked on me AFTER I was taken care of just to make sure everything went smoothly and I was ok. I recently had the pleasure of using US CAR SHIP & TRACKING LLC for my vehicle shipment from Nevada to New York, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed From the get-go, the company demonstrated professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Shipping guy was awesome and made the whole shipping process super easy. He answered any questions or concerns that I had. He 100% deserves 5 stars. If I ever need to have another vehicle shipped I will be reaching out to him again. Thank you

Never have I had to deal with such a horrible scammer of a company. Truly the absolute worst of the worst! Do NOT ever do business with US Car Ship Trucking LLC. This company is one of those horror stories you read about. Trust every negative review you see about them, I'm convinced every good review is them pretending to be customers.

They gave us a quote and contract to ship our vehicles from MO to AZ a couple months ago, told us it was a low quote due to booking so early. They waited till the night before pickup to more than triple the price. They said there was bad weather along the route, but when we checked the weather there were no storms that would impede the transport. (the company we hired last minute made it fine. We left the same day in an RV and had no storms along the way.)

The price went from $800 to $2700. We paid $200 up front. Simon said the $200 was the broker fee and that the new driver was being paid $2,500. I spoke with the new driver and he said he was only being paid $2,100. Which means Simon was just trying to get more money. He underpriced and tried to make more money at the last minute.

Long story short we found someone new and cancelled our service with this company. We refused to sign their change order. Simon has since harassed me with non stop calls, texts, and emails. Including fake calls from his managers. Simon threatened to take our vehicles from our new company and send us pics for proof. Taunting us that we won't know who is them or our new company. They've threatened to call the new company and tell them to cancel us, and then send us a fake text pretending to be our new company saying they are cancelling us. They tried getting more money by saying we need to pay a few hundred in cancellation fees. They've even threatened to call the police on us so they can take our vehicles. They sent me fake screenshots trying to say my new company was lying to me about the price. (they didn't even know who my current company was. They sent me an edited screenshot of the "broker board" for a company they thought was my current company. I mentioned it to my current company and they sent me the actual screenshot of that company's bid and it was different than what Simon sent me.)

Again: DO not do business with Simon Smith or with US Car Ship Trucking LLC. You will regret it!!!

UPDATE: This company offered to give me a refund on the deposited $200 IF I deleted my review. I told them I would delete it after I got the refund, only so I would get my money back. After the refund was complete I told them I was not removing my review as it was an honest experience with their company. They told me they fired Simon Smith, but I do not believe it. I have no doubt he is still employed there and probably just using another name.

After seeing their blatant lie of a response to my review, I am even MORE assured that they are a scam of a company. I never asked them for more money than what I originally paid them, I never even asked for money back. I assumed it was a loss until Simon offered the refund. They never told me their truck was broken, they told me they needed to change trucks because there was a storm in Oklahoma or New Mexico. Just one lie after another. And just like they said, I have ALL emails and texts to prove my point. Not the edited BS they will provide.

HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY!! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Believe ALL of the negative reviews that have been left for this company. They are liars, scammers, and all around BAD people!

Was able to get my car faster than expected and at a lower rate. Simon was very active and communicated with me the entire way.

Simon assisted me every step of the way with the shipment of a motorcycle from MA to WY. He worked diligently to find a Driver who would accept the move in a time frame that worked for us.
I give Simon 5 stars for his professionalism on this move.

Took my deposit and they were gone!!!! Scammers. They wanted to charge 3 times the amount they quoted. Freaking scammers. Don't believe the reviews. It's ironic that all the positive reviews are done in the last few days after my negative review. They pay for the positive feedback. Don't waste your time and money. Move on and save the aggravating experience.
