We have used you in a year

We have used you in a year. I found in the glovebox the previous person rental receipt. We paid double what they did. The rentsl lady said we got the lowest price. We use Enterprise noow.

Risposta di U-Save Car & Truck Rental - U-Save Lawrenceburg

Thank you for raising the receipt left in the glovebox and the difference you noticed between its price and yours. We understand why that was disappointing after being told you had the lowest rate. Rates can vary by booking, but we cannot explain this difference without checking the records. Please contact ics@cs.usave.com if you would like us to review it.
