Collection is by meet and greet: an agent will be waiting outside the domestic or international arrivals hall as you exit the baggage claim area, holding a greeting board. It is value for money

Car was exactly what was promised. Even better, I dropped the car off on departures. No need to walk to the terminal after dropping the car. Deposit refund was done within a week
