Slow Delivery and Wrong Item Showed
I paid for "express" delivery - and it took a month to arrive. It just arrived a few minutes ago and it is not what I ordered. I ordered a sweatshirt and this was printed on a "jersey" that could fit three adults inside of it. NOT impressed.

I had to text them a few times
I had to text them a few times, but they did send tracking information for the package. They even sent tracking for it to get to their office as well as it coming to me. When they received it, they sent it out the same day. I was worried, but it arrived just in time for Christmas as promised. My wife lives the shirt. It is a little thin, but i expected that. 4 stars because I did have to contact them a couple of times.

Refund Request
I ordered a pair of shoes without knowing my mom had purchased the same. I reached out to the company on Facebook after receiving the news we had both ordered the same shoes, they took care of a refund in less than a day. I’ve never ordered from this company before, but after this experience I will definitely start doing business with them in the future.

Had an issue with the tire cover
Had an issue with the tire cover not having a hole in it for my backup camera. Contacted them and they confirmed it should have and sent me out a new one with a hole for the camera right away. It looks good and great customer service!
