Not my favorite

I'm going to keep my subjective preferences about the texture to myself and just focus on the product. The duvet cover doesn't have ties on the inside to keep the duvet centered. It's also a strange size. It fits my king, but it's kind of short. The shipping took a while but you can't put the procurement on the mail service. It's a bundle and it took longer than expected to actually ship out. I wouldn't recommend this product.

I never received my product

I never received my product. The picture on the website looks amazing, but I can’t speak to the actual product since it never arrived. However, my 1-star rating isn’t just because of that. I’ve reached out to the company multiple times and still haven’t received a response, a refund, or any resolution.

Missing bed and headboard

Ordered a 3rd ottoman bed back in August for delivery in October but due to delays the delivery date of 5th December, but unfortunately for reason's unknown only the mattress was delivered, The driver said the other 2 boxes, (headboard and bed)would be delivered on the 6th December, Nothing has arrived and checking online, is saying all 3 items were delivered, can't get through on the phone due to excessive work load, emailed Dusk but no response, very annoyed and angry with them

Communicate please!

I ordered 2 beds as it stated they were in stock with a 5-7 day delivery. I have not received any update and frustratingly there is no customer service phone number ! I would like to know when they are going to be delivered so that I can request a refund if they are not ready for dispatch. We moved home and we have nothing to sleep on. All other furniture I ordered has been delivered and I have been kept up to date.
