Awful experience trying to order a bed...

Awful experience trying to order a bed. I heard nothing for months and then received notification from the delivery company that dusk didn't have the items ready when they tried to pick them up. I contacted dusk for a refund and they insisted that I wait longer, then when they finally agreed to a refund they tried to charge me a cancellation fee! Had to raise a dispute with my bank or I would never have seen my money...

Absolute shit experience. It’s been 8 weeks and still have no package. Customer service redirects every time. Think it’s a Chinese scam

I’m bummed I had to select one star

I’m bummed I had to select one star. Absolutely horrible customer service. I’m not even sure there’s a staff. Five weeks after ordering $200 of bedding and five unreturned emails, I’ve reached out to my bank for a refund and reported the company to a friend at the Colorado State Attorney General’s office.

Shockingly poor service and quality of items

Have had really poor service and little communication. Have attempted to resolve nicely several attempts but no response or a response and no further action.

Issues with 2 items. A tv stand with missing parts so can’t put together the other a cabinet with marks in several places. Asked for a replacement part for tv stand and to return the cabinet.
They had audacity to ask me for £40 pick up fee when the fault was not mine and I’ve been out of pocket arranging assembly.

Not sure how they are allowed to operate with unscrupulous practices.

ordered a unit and never received a confirmation email of purchase. Emailed them constantly for 3 months and only received generic emails back. The unit eventually turned up and guess what??? It was completely faulty. None of the holes married up. Ended up putting the whole lot in the back of car and took it to the tip. This lot are Micky mouse company. Do yourself a favour and don’t touch them. For my own mental health I’m just cutting my loses

What has happened to this company??

What has happened to this company??
After purchasing in the past I’m shocked at the recent negative reviews.
The reason for writing this review however is to let the customers that have purchased beds and have no fittings/lats etc know that these items are often concealed in the back of the headboard.
I hope this helps as I’ve seen numerous comments about this.

Some of our bed frames do have storage compartments in the headboard where smaller parts should be stored. The instruction manual should also outline where to find all the parts for your item.

No star rating would be more…

No star rating would be more appropriate here like some other comment below!
-Problems with original non delivery.
-Non existent customer service.
-Telephone lines closed due to volumes!! - yes probably due to loads of complaints and disgruntled customers! Always easier to hide behind emails eh!
Get your act together Dusk!! Have the courtesy to reply to emails, deal with requests within 24 hours max and turn your phone lines on! I prefer to speak to someone. Which other company do you know turns the lines off and been like that for ages??? 5 days later and only one automated acknowledgement received that you have my email. Wish I hadn’t of bothered but having spent over £1k I want action..
The mattress is useless and flat when unwrapped and has not risen as advertised, which leads me to believe is faulty. I want a replacement sent and this one taken away immediately. Photos sent as well.
Use a better company for such in the future and if you cannot speak or call them don’t order. Easy for them to take the money!

Let’s see if and what they reply with ‘oh we are sorry to hear of your issue and will look into this as soon as possible’ then please do not insult my intelligence or acumen. If I dealt with people like this in my business then I wouldn’t have one.

I could go on here but see what happens this week or maybe I’ll take a visit or take more action.

Made a big mistake not checking reviews…

Made a big mistake not checking reviews before I ordered I wouldn't of bothered. I ordered my furniture in January still hasn't arrived , there is no number to call and they don't answer emails.

Waiting months for an order that’s available!

I bought a huge sofa, a bed frame, a tv unit and a coffee table. I had the sofa for 2 months and it already looks bad. It’s so uncomfortable! The bed frame is really nice.
Now for the tv unit I ordered this back in January which has been available for delivery since but because the coffee table is not available until April they refused to send me the tv unit weeks ago!! Really disappointed!

This company is terrible

This company is terrible! I made an order back in October or early November and I still haven't received my robe. I have contacted them so many times in the past 4 months. One time they said that they would send it to me and gave me an order #, but it never shipped. I contacted them again and they apologized and said they would ship it again or refund me. They won't respond to that email now after I asked them to ship it. Nothing. It's been at least 4 months. I would not buy from them EVER again. Considering the price of there items you would expect some type of customer service.

Good quality

Good quality, just as shown in photos, no corner ties for the duvet, don’t be in a hurry to get it if you live in the States. I like the product, it is well priced, I’d buy it again.

Non existent customer service

I purchased a bed from DUSK on 28.12.2024 which was delivered on 4.01.2025 (delivered quicker than estimated time on the website. However, I have recieved no slats or screws/bolts to build the bed. I have been left sleeping on a mattress on the floor and despite multiple emails (which had initially been responded to) they are now completely ignored my emails. They have turned off their phone lines which makes any communication with them impossible. I wouldn't even given this company one star. As a small business owner, I hate to leave bad reviews but unfortunately this business has left me with no other option. I wouldn't like to see anyone else left in this awful situation

Your company is the worst

Your company is the worst, my order was placed 11 days ago and I haven't received nothing, not even a tracking number, I'm tired of writing to you and the only thing I get is an automatic reply, I want to cancel my order.. I hope nobody buys anything from you.

Absolutely terrible experience with…

Absolutely terrible experience with DUSK.
I ordered £1000 worth of furniture in August 2024 and have still not received anything (12/02/25). I have tried contacting them on the phone and email numerous times and only ever receive the same email back.
I have now been given a delivery date for only one piece of furniture (coffee table) of 18/02/25. So nearly 6 months of waiting. My advice is DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
DUSK when is my full order of furniture going to be delivered?????
Please do not reply with the normal drivel about a new warehouse etc. just sort it out.
