Never got the clock plus you guys double charged me so I spent $90 on two clocks and never received either

Please kindly be advised that we have two orders of the same model clock on our system, hence there is a charge of $90 appeared on your card, US$45 for each order.
Both orders were dispatched on 05/12/22 by Royal Mail tracked postal service, below are the tracking details for your ref. They have already reached USA and are in customs for clearance.

Having checked the tracking details it confirms that it has been delivered on 17/12/22 which is 10 business days and as per our delivery estimate of 7-10 working days listed on our website.
Never received the items I ordered.
