I'm a life long Braun fan & customer, having multiple Braun items in my home based on the impeccable Dieter Rams design & superior quality.
What I just experienced is way sub par for any mail order company, especially internationally......let alone the high expectations from Braun.
I just spent $30.45 for an international return of an item that could / should have been addressed in your order system.
I'm very disappointed.

I love braun clocks for their simplicity and timeless style. They are 100% plastic which I do not love, but they are quiet and beautiful, and I like them more than other more expensive clocks from designers which frankly do not tell time to the viewer as quickly and without fuss. Braun clocks by contrast are beautiful in their simplicity, ease of use, ease of mounting, and daily use. I own two of them now, will get more if I find the need. I wish to also contrast them to cheaper models from Amazon, which in my hands have failed after a short while. Braun can be trusted for long use, long battery life (I haven't changed the batteries in 2 years for my older wall clock) , their larger size which is tasteful but not obnoxious. I just love everything about the Braun clocks! If you're spending time reading clock reviews to make sure you are making the right purchase, look no further, just get one. I will say that shipping for my last one was from overseas and it took about 1-2 weeks to arrive. Not a big deal to me considering I have plenty of time tracking options with cell phones and computers, but just something you may wish to consider if you are under deadline--maybe pay for expedited shipping.

Ordered and paid for three weeks ago, still not delivered, said have to wait two weeks before a refund can be issued, what a disgrace

Braun UK/Zeon Ltd, aka, Procter & Gamble then forces its customers to absorb the cost—$48 to be exact—to return its cheaply made product to its Braun UK/Zeon Ltd, aka, Procter & Gamble office, thereby contributing to the enrichment of Procter & Gamble’s CEO, Jon R. Moeller, whose annual salary currently stands at a hefty $22 Million per year.

Procter & Gamble was fined for price fixing in Europe, forced to recall its tampons because the company thought it was a good idea (read cheaper) to make them from polyester rather than natural fibers, hired a company using forced and child labor, has faced boycotts, and was sued for false advertising.

I will not purchase Procter& Gamble or Braun products again.

It was delivered timely and the clock is exactly what I am looking for; a portable alarm clock that allows me to not use my phone as much to eliminate distractions. Highly recommend.

I love Braun clocks. They are always very accurate, especially for battery powered devices. This particular digital clock, is unfortunately very very dim. I had hoped to put it in my living room next to my stereo system, but you can’t even read the face without touching the screen to light up the back light. I just wish it had more brightness. It’s not useful for my intended purpose, but as long as the clock is placed in direct sunlight you can read it.

I found the product I wanted at a reasonable price and its delivery was very prompt.

I was disappointed that my clock hadnot lasted longer. I aways believed in the quality of Braun products but my previous clock only lasted about a couple of years before it fritzed out.

It may not be your fault, but the delivery service you used required a signature from us, and even though we signed a form for redelivery, it was never redelivered. We finally tracked it down at our local post office after waiting a week.

I am so grateful that this clock really is quiet, as stated in the online product description. I have ordered other small clocks from other companies that claim to be quiet, but they are not. I'm a light sleeper, so a quiet clock is a must. This one is great!

I've been using small Braun clocks for many years - they've been terrific and reliable - and quite charming in their look - I like the new one with a slight color line around front - pretty - and for a change!!!

The clock has two levels of lighting. I wanted to be able to look at the at night and know what time it is.
The clock is set for the lower level of light with the result that one can't read it. So, for me the clock is worthless. I could have returned it but I did not want to go through the expense and hassle. I still have the clock, but I will either give it away or throw it away!

I had NO idea that my clock was being shipped from London/UK and when I tried to send it back (my expense) the shipping cost EXCEEDED the value of the clock. I cannot find a way to return to a USA address. I have called Braun repeatedly but was only able to reach the "grooming products" area and "distribution" centers. VERY FRUSTRATED WITH BRAUN. Would like to return item but unable
