If I could rate this company a zero I would. Ordered parts and selected a shipping option that indicated all border fees and duty fees would be covered. Turns out that was a lie as the company along with UPS the shipper want to charge me a duty/tariff to receive my order. What URO Tuning is ignoring is that a tariff is a duty or import fee that should be covered by them due to the choice I made for the shipping I wanted. Never purchase from this company they are scammers and don't understand how words work. They don't get that if certain things are not covered in costs listed that they are required to note that to allow customers to make an informed decision. Still fighting with them to cover the surprise fee or to give a full refund, but they are super slow and arrogant with their replies.

Es wird ein Teil (aktuell wird es immer noch als Verfügbar angezeigt) auf der Webseite als Verfügbar angezeigt, demnach erfolgte meine Bestellung. Am darauf folgenden Tag erhielt ich die Info, das dieses Teil nicht mehr lieferbar sei.

Eine Erstattung, oder eine Reaktion auf meine E-Mail blieb bis heute aus, so dass ich PayPal einschalten musste um an mein Geld zu kommen.

Leider keine Empfehlung meinerseits!

I ordered a 034Motorsport Breather Hose Kit / AMU Mk1 Audi TT 1.8T (Reinforced Silicone) | 034-101-3008 for my Audi S3 8L, everything should be plug and play but..

The shipment to the Netherlands Europe took like 2 freaking months. This set costs me 340 euros and guess what, shipment etc etc costed me an extra 200 euro so I paid 540 euro for a breather hose set wich doesn’t even fit properly and was very very VERY unclear where to install what.

The 90degrees hose that goes into the engine block under the intake is litteraly loose in there while the clip is installed, I can wiggle it from left to right A LOT while it’s supposed to be a air tight fit..

They also say it’s a delete kit for excessive valve but don’t provide a small long hose for the diverter valve so if I didn’t found one is was basically f*cked.

Fitment? Horrible
Instructions? Don’t exist
100 hoses you don’t know where to put? Yes
Wrong hoses or bad fitment? Yes

Never never NEVER ever spent you’re hard worked money on this shit show company with over the top priced parts please.

HORRIBLE company & experience. Purchased 4 Rotiform wheels for my GTI for around $1700 total. A week and a half later I get an email saying there is NO STOCK of these wheels and they cannot be backordered. I asked for a refund for the 4 wheels. That was over 5 weeks ago. NO refund and NO response or communication from Urotuning. AVOID!

Please DON'T buy from them, or you will regret.
I purchase twice from them, and both time I had issues.
Enough is enough!
If you don't believe me, just buy from them, and you will see.
I'm telling you to NOT buy from them from my experience.
DO NOT buy their sutuff.
It is fake, and also they send you what you didn't order and tell you it is better than you order.
Every communication takes easily 2~3days for response.
If you really want to buy, go ahead, and you will see.
This company should eliminated from market.

I ordered high-end brake pads and slotted rotors for my GTI. I had ordered the same parts two years earlier and these were replacements. They sent the wrong parts (yes, I got the "it fits" symbol from their site). I called and emailed customer service. Still waiting. Three weeks have gone by. Do NOT use this company. It's a scam.

I was on their site looking for a turbo blanket.I entered my year make and model of my car and gave me a specific blanket that fit. I ordered it. I checked other sites and they were saying it does not fit my 2018 Audi S5. So I contacted them and asked the return policy. They said as long as it wasn't opened and installed I could return. They also said now it was universal and they don't guarantee it fits! So that's what I attempted but to find out they charge restocking fees and return label fees as well as your own shipping costs! Are you @#$% kidding me! So you say it fits you buy it, don't open it, and want to return it, and it costs you more than a 1/3 of what you already paid! Outrageous!!! F this company its fing garbage!!!

Because you love doing timing belt jobs twice and love to risk catastrophic engine damage, you decided to give these guys a try when they had a sale.

Bought a better than OEM timing kit and water pump among other parts for my TDI.

Water pump was faulty and caused the timing belt to self destruct and for the engine to lose timing. Reached out, warranty covers parts, great, but what about the 12 hours x2 that were needed to replace said faulty water pump?

Tried reaching out to customer service. Their response time is 1-3 business days. By the time you've sent your stuff in and get your replacements you're down two weeks. Then another 12 hours to put everything back in.

Extremely disappointing and not worth the savings.

Fast fast fast I just ordered a set of hyper black rims with a polished lip and not only did they ask me if I was sure they fit they also let me know how big the rims are going to be on my car to make sure I wanted them i sent the last email saying yes I want them it wasn't even 3 hours and FedEx was knocking on my door with the rims I couldn't believe it I still can't the price was unreal unreal I wish I could show you guys well here's the next best thing 4 18x10.5 hyper black with a polished lip 435 bucks lol I stole them thanks urotuning for not pressing charges best prices
