Spent quite some time looking for the right urn before finding a lovely wooden urn with tree of life engraving. A reasonable £10 for a personalised engraving, which was very well done. Urn is lovely and different than other quite basic looking options I saw. A bag was also provided to ensure the ashes as secure inside the urn. Good communication and quick delivery.

The casket was beautiful and well designed. The appearance and quality was excellent. It was easy to use and I was very pleased with it.

I received my Butterfly casket today & WOW I was absolutely blown away by how absolutely beautiful this urn is & a fitting tribute for my amazing mum.
It was very securely packed with polystyrene inside a very sturdy box & delivery was very quick.
