I'd give a 0 star review but that is not an option. I purchased 2 "lifetime" licenses for Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus. Worked fine the first month, then stopped working, error said we needed an authorization key. We tried the original keys, no luck. Numerous emails & voicemails provided no response, except for 1 email saying they were backlogged with customer complaints. When I asked for a refund after 1 week, they responded over the weekend with 1 key code. That key code worked 1 time for one computer, then stopped. 5 emails today and a voicemail have not been acknowledged. I have no choice but to purchase licenses somewhere else. DO NOT PURCHASE from them!!

Thought the license would be to continue with my old account. Didn't read anywhere we were about to get an e-mail coded license, so that I should change my account. This way I can use everything but lost my access to my original account and the things I had in my onedrive. But the license itself works fine, although it was not what I needed.

It is genuine, although it took a long time—like an hour or so—to receive the license from Urlicense.

Unfortunately, it seems like they don't sell what they advertise. Instead of receiving a Microsoft 365 Family subscription, I ended up with a standalone version. To make matters worse, my attempts to contact their support team were unsuccessful. They completely ignored my last email, leaving me without any resolution.

i still haven't gotten my product to work or to install...i have been ignored and played and now i am going to fail out of school!! i am behind 3 chapters because of this. NO ONE WILL HELP ME

I ordered a Microsoft 365 activation code for my account but received login credentials for a completely new Microsoft account instead.

Expecting customers to read through a lengthy 30-page return policy and hidden fine print just to understand what they’re actually buying is unreasonable.

In short — poor transparency, misleading offer, and not worth recommending.

On your website Microsoft 365 is presented as a license.

BUT I received a username and password for Microsoft.com in the 365kit.co tenant by email.

That means it is not a license! It is an account in a foreign tenant 365kit.co.
It represents a big security risk. which I will definitely not take.
The license for Microsoft 365 is a long key that I can register and activate in my own Microsoft tenant.

It looks at least like phishing or maybe a criminal act.

A valid product key was not provided; instead, an email ID and password were issued for use. This approach raises significant security concerns and is incompatible with existing accounts.
