I am so impressed with this mat

I am so impressed with this mat. The colors are vibrant and the pattern is even more beautiful in person. It has a lovely, premium feel to it and doesn't slide around on the floor. It’s truly amazing and has made my prayer corner feel so much more special.LOVE it.May Allah put barakah in your business Ameen

Ich habe zwei Gebetsteppiche bestellt. Leider war die Qualität sehr enttäuschend und überhaupt nicht wie erwartet. Deshalb wollte ich die Ware zurückschicken.

Die Retoure trägt der Käufer. Der Retourenschein über den Shop hätte etwa 5 € gekostet. Allerdings hat die Deutsche Post die originale Versandverpackung nicht akzeptiert. Dadurch musste ich zusätzlich neue Verpackung kaufen und am Ende 17 € für den Versand bezahlen.

Auch der E-Mail-Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice hat nichts gebracht, außer einem 10 % Gutschein, damit ich wieder im Shop bestelle.

Für mich war das eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Ich werde dort nicht wieder bestellen.
