Im editing this review as I have received my abhaya from urbannisa today. It took around 20 days after ordering. I was very skeptical regarding the authenticity of their website, till I received my order. Glad to say that I'm happy with my purchase, it's good for the price. I bought the kaftan style for 1299

Urbannisa is a cheater
Urbannisa is a cheater. They loot your money and get away with it. They do not respond to msgs. They block ur number. They delete all negative reviews on their page. Deleted 7 reviews of mine till now. I ordered 2 abhayas on a prepaid method amount approx 4000. Niether have they delivered my product nor they r responding to any msgs. Pls dont fall in their tricks. Do not order. Or DONT place a prepaid order. They loot ur money r elope. Very disappointed.

Do not order
I ordered the Burqa on 26th April 2022, which was delivered to me on 9th July 2022 after almost 1.5 months. I wasn't happy with the quality of the product hence I filed for a return and I haven't heard from them yet. The return request number is RMA285185. No response on WhatsApp or calls.

I have already a prepaid abaya. It hasn't been shipped for 11 days. And no response in whatsapp.

I really like the Urbannisa abayas
I really like the abayas. The style statement of their abaya is quite modern. The best thing is that they offer multiple colour variant of each style as well as 2-3 fabric choices. Their scarfs are really awesome. Best website to buy abaya under Rs 1000.
