We're sorry to hear that you're dissatisfied with our service. After reviewing our records, we can only find one order associated with your details, placed on 27 June. The courier tracking for this order shows it was successfully delivered on 1 July.

We have been unable to locate any additional orders or outstanding shipments linked to you. Regarding shipping fees, delivery charges are displayed during the checkout process prior to payment being completed. They are also readily available on our website outside of checkout.
