I wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered from this terrible company. I ordered and paid for a Clarins product on the 15th of June, followed up a week later as I had not received my order, they responded that they were sorry my order had been overlooked and would now be with me in 2/3 days. It still has not arrived, I emailed a second time and they then said it had been sent and they had already done an ‘investigation’. I have emailed back and told them to refund my money. They are an awful company and I have warned everyone I know about them.

Terrible. Do not use. Fake elemis spf 30 and how dangerous as no idea what putting on face. Elemis confirmed not a supplier. Also tried to return no response. Contacted bank for charge back.

I purchased Elemis moisturiser. It comes in a glass jar but was so poorly packaged it was broken and unusable. I’ve emailed the company on 3 separate occasions. No response. Despite them advertising great customer support!! They now have a Facebook setup. The address, in Leeds looks as though it’s someone’s house!! Please do not use this company. Total fraudsters

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY-
If I could give it a minis rating I would. I bought an Elemis product which took a long time to arrive and when delivered, there were clear signs that the product was fake. I emailed the contact provided and the email was undelivered. I would like to report this to the respective consumer watchdog, when I work out who that is.
