I love my necklace

I love my necklace. It is very special to me. I did have to reach out to get some help with tracking, seemed to take longer than I anticipated the necklace to arrive. The person that helped with the tracking did at great job!

It took a long time to arrive and the engraving was not what I selected or looked anything like what your website advertised. I was really looking forward to my angel wings and to see it’s not what it was promised I was very disappointed

There are some characters or Emoji’s that cannot be printed on the necklace and hence in such cases we only print the given name. The gift was nice but I do think the glass ball should be bigger so you can see it better… it was very to small, you can only see it in the natural sunlight.

We have 3 ways to see the photo inside:-

1.) Looking closely with the naked eye.
2.) Using our Phone's camera.
3.) Using our Phone's Flashlight to project the photo onto a surface.

We understand your feedback and it has been taken positively to improve the quality further.
