Hot chocolate is perfect!

Oh wow just tried these, they are brilliant. The hot chocolate is perfect every time. Just testing out different intensity coffee at the moment, but so far loving these pods

Really fast delivery

Really fast delivery, lots of email updates about the order status and the product came well packaged and also with a nice hand-written note to say thanks.

I wanted to find a Nespresso compatible non-caffeine option and thought I'd try the UrbanBrew chocolate pods. I've had a few of the pods now and they taste great, just how I like my hot chocolates!

The pods work well on my Nespresso machine, no problems whatsoever and the price is also reasonable.

Tiny Pods, Big Disappointment

Thought I’d give Urban Brew a shot – big mistake. The pods are so small they barely fit my Nespresso machine. Water starts pouring out before the coffee even thinks about showing up. And that “strength 12”? More like a lukewarm 4 on a good day. Tastes cheap, feels cheap, and totally missed the mark. Back to the real deal for me – at least I know I’m getting actual coffee.

Oh no! We're really sorry to hear this didn't hit the mark! Our pods are fully compatible with Nespresso OriginalLine machines.

One tip worth trying is the short shot setting, as this gives the best extraction and really brings the flavour through.

This is the BEST coffee in a pod I’ve ever had! The customer service, presentation and ethics are first class. I’m so impressed with Toby and the team who are extremely professional in every way. I recommend you switch to Urban Brew immediately! You won’t find better— trust me.

Excelent custom service

I had a minor issue with a package and I got a very quick response from Ivan apologising and sending me out two new packs as a sign of goodwill.
