Bei Urban Blake handelt es sich um einen reinen Reseller von AliExpress. Dementsprechend ist die Qualität sehr schlecht. Ich kann nicht empfehlen bei dem Store zu bestellen.

Poor clothing. Awful customer service. Was sent the wrong colour jack in the wrong size. The size was more like a men’s small than a men’s large, I sent them photos to shows how short the sleeves were and how tight the jacket was and they said they would send me a free replacement to correct this. After 4 months of chasing them for the replacement they now tell me I have to send the product back to Canada and pay for this myself and then they will issue me a credit note to buy something else from them.
Thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Shonky business - beware!
I ordered a jacket which was described as cotton on the website. It arrived a more than a month later, the zip was faulty, and most importantly, it was 100% polyester. I had to use google translate on the chinese label! They refuse to offer refund. Never buy from them, it's a scam.

I fell for their cleverly photographed…
I fell for their cleverly photographed marketing and bought a green shirt.
It took an age to arrive, was stuffed into a tiny plastic bag and had a UK return label on the packet and evidence it was sent from China.
The shirt was nothing like the picture, had a size XL label when in fact it was a Small, and I'd ordered a Medium.
I emailed and was offered a refund but I had to return it to their store... in the USA, not the UK return address in the package.
As I live in the UK the return cost would be £20!
I decided to progress and finally got a refund however I paid £45, got a refund if £40 and it cost £20 so I lost out by £25 because the shirt was crap and poorly sized.
My advice is - do not bother, it is too much hassle and from other people's feedback the clothes are rubbish anyway.

I ordered a jacket for my husband from urban beck and after almost a full month I finally received it. I was completely unaware this item would be shipped from china as they did not state that when I purchased. After waiting a month for it it came damaged- the zipper does not operate correctly. I emailed them stating I was unsatisfied and wanted to return for a full refund for them to send me my two options- return and they will give me store credit or gift to someone. Two completely unacceptable options- I would never gift to anyone as it’s damaged and I would never purchase another item from their store as the quality of their items are awful and apparently not even being manufactured in the US.
This company is an absolute scam. Be aware before doing business with them.

Those options aren't acceptable, and we would not suggest this currently. Donating an item to someone that can use a jacket, or a local shelter is something we would suggest but certainly not at your expense.
