Very efficient and friendly service Would definitely use again

Can’t recommend Urban Reactive enough!

Gaz and Steve did a thorough investigation to firstly identify the routing of the blocked drain (quite complicated!). At this point, I was expecting that a second visit would then be needed but the guys proceeded to try to sort the blockage.
To minimise potential excavation, Gaz lifted a couple of blocks from path and made a discrete hole in drain to insert camera. Then identified the location of the blockage and used high pressure hose to break up the blockage. Finally, put a cap on the drill hole.
Really impressed with the professionalism of the guys, the way they systematically assessed the problem, and the equipment used.
Pleased with quotation and sure very competitive when comparing to ‘national’ drain specialists.
Would have no hesitation to recommend, brilliant job.

Returned call promptly and arrived on time the following morning. Inspection and cleaning carried out speedily, very efficiently, and in a courteous and friendly manner. Have employed the business before and happy to do so again when needed.

Sewer pipe blocked on 1st Jan and a well-known national company came out and jetted it but did not put a camera down and it blocked again days later. Insurance company sent another big company out who put a camera down, told me that the problem was tree roots but did not fix it. Urban-reactive came out, got rid of the roots and then came back a couple of weeks later to repair the pipe and raise manholes above the patio. Did a very nice job.

We had a serious internal sewage problem. Effluent was coming out of the shower tray and emptying onto the floor.
I phoned Urban Reactive at 10am. They were working about 15 miles away and said they would arrive when finished.
They got to us and cleared the blockage by 1pm. So all sorted in 3 hours. I have used them 3 times over the last 10 years and been very impressed.

The guys from urban reactive were fabulous. Turned up when they said, worked extremely hard and completed the job without any problems. All the guys were polite and respectful. Tidied away any mess and hosed down the drive way when the job was completed.

Luke and Gareth from Urban-Reactive were fantastic. They arrived promptly, listened to our concerns and then did a thorough investigation of the situation. (Yep one of those plastic fresheners lost down the system!) They were great at clearly communicating each step without using any complicated jargon. Simple, straight to the point with the added bonus of camera footage. All very fascinating! We would certainly recommend them.

Excellent. We needed to add a bathroom and kitchen to our garden annexe, we thought this would require a septic tank. Instead, Urban reactive looked into the project and installed a system of piping to a waste pump linking to our existing house waste drain. They price matched a like for like quote. Urban reactive have an excellent team, courteous and respectful, full of knowledge, punctual and considerate in their service delivery. Dave was team lead, with Scott close at hand. They kept us fully updated on what was happening at each stage. Hard working with and any problems encountered during the dig soon solved. This is the second time that we’ve used Luke @ Urban Reactive for some detailed camera drains surveys and very specific ground works and drainage, on 2 different investment properties . Utterly professional, great advice, turns up, great team. His team have enabled us to install around several kitchens, 10 new bathrooms and repair existing drains as well as installing new.
Not the cheapest but totally worth it - you get what you pay for in this case, and as you can’t physically see most of the work below ground, and given it’s essential function, it’s important to have a proper specialist in. 100% recommend.

Our large three floor Edwardian building was collapsing and we suspected problems with the drains. Urban Reactive identified the problem, then the solution and quickly and neatly put it right.
