Amazing! Great quality, lovely, vibrant herbs. Really well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

I live in shetland and the quality of the plants were fantastic and the way there were packed in recycled packaging all cardboard and proper 9cm pots as well good price nice selection a bit dry but coming all the way to Shetland there would be so would highly recommend them will be ordering again

Delivered on Thyme in Mint Condition. I was originally attracted to Urban Herbs by their social media posts on the unusual Vietnamese Coriander and then 'their story' on their website. I then checked out the reviews on Trust Pilot and ordered: 3 x pineapple sage, 3 x Vietnamese Coriander and 3 x Japanese Parsley. They arrived much quicker than expected. Well packaged in a large box and then the herbs inside in cardboard sleeves in pots and potting soil. So none were damaged. The little free gift of thyme was a lovely touch. Arriving in pots meant I could give them all a drink before planting out. Will definitely order again from this company.

Fantastic quality plants, packaging is something else. Friendly replies to emails. Just great all round.

My order was despatched promptly and the plants arrived in superb condition via excellent pckaging
Thank you Team Urban Herbs

Recently received an order of herbs. The plants were in excellent condition, looking big and healthy, which isn’t always the case with online plant orders.

The plants were also skillfully packaged for transit.

I’d certainly order from this company in the future.

Lovely selection of herbs and some I have not seen elsewhere. Easy to use website and order arrived promotly. All packaging recyclable and very healthy looking herbs. Very satisfied,

I haven ordered from urban herbs five times now and every order has been fantastic.

The plants are packaged really well to minimise damage in transit. The plants themselves are always healthy and in excellent condition.

I’m already planning my next order.

Brilliant, thoughtful service. I had ordered the week before a bank holiday and was notified that my delivery would be after that so that the plants would be fresh. They arrived beautifully and securely packed today (weds after bh Monday)and, I must admit, so fresh and vibrant...no dry old pots with struggling plants. Well done, I shall buy again and don't hesitate in recommending this small company.

The herbs i ordered we dispatched quickly, far quicker than I expected. Delivery was made during some hot weather and when I unpacked the herbs they were in really great shape. The soil was moist and there was no wilting at all. Once I re potted the herbs there was no shock to the plant, and absolutely no delay to their growth. The mint in particular has grown so well in under a week I am already able to harvest some leaves to use. I will definitely be buying again not only because of how great this transaction was but because of the choice available.

The herbs are wonderful quality and unusual. The order arrived carefully packaged and looking very healthy- I even received a free plant. The service was prompt and I cannot recommend them enough!!

I have just received my first order from this company after seeing them on Facebook. Delivery was really quick and the herbs were in small robust pots and very well packed. They are lovely healthy looking plants.

Absolutely delighted with my herb order! The herbs arrived fresh, fragrant, can’t wait to get cooking. Excellent quality and packaging. Highly recommend!

This company is definitely 10/10. Ordered several times now and will again and again. The plants are healthy and packaged brilliantly so nothing arrives damaged. I just love the fact there is such a fantastic variety some I’ve never heard of. Great communication.

Urban herbs have some really great and unusual varieties, easy to order website, brilliant packaging and excellent delivery and customer service. I will order again and again and will recommend this company to all my friends. Would make great presents!

Read into this company and was impressed by the reviews aswell as following their posts on social media, ordered several herbs and was very impressed at how well packaged they were and speed in which they arrived. The herbs themselves were very healthy looking plants, I’ve just put in another order and I would highly recommend them, price of plants I think are very reasonable also.

Great, well packaged, healthy looking plants
Fabulous "different" selection of plants, I love the odd ones you don't see anywhere else.
Really decent labels in each plant pot.
I'll definitely order again!
Looking forward to seeing what else you stock - more weird and wonderful please

This was the first time I had ordered from Urban Herbs. I was intrigued by a couple of the herbs they were offering, having not seen the mushroom herb or the olive herb before. The plants arrived well-packed, carefully boxed up in recyclable board and are very good quality. I planted them up within the day and they are happily settling into life in rural Norfolk. I can unequivocally recommend this company. I'll be ordering again soon!
