Great price and quick delivery but left out critical startup instructions
The Upway product description was accurate. The pictures provided were clear and appropriately depicted the offering. The specification and measurements were accurate. However, after receiving the bicycle, it would not move past the initial "on" screen. I had to take it to a Specialized dealer to have the computer reset, this is not a factory default reset, but an embedded product preview that is required by Specialized of its dealers. The reset was not explained in either the offering, instructions or user manual that was included when the bike was received. It was a major headache not knowing this process had to be completed by a local dealer. The local dealer was very helpful and provided great customer service regardless of where the bike was purchased. He stated this was not the first time he's had to provide this service to others. Once past this issue, I'm ecstatic with the bike. It is everything it said it is!

Great bike, kiddo very happy!! Only "complaint" delivery was crazy fast and FEDEX their vacation hold does not work, so they had to come by 3 times untill we were home!!! Planning to buy more bikes for the rest of the family....

I purchased a gently used Diamondback e-bike, and my experience has been a bit mixed, so I’m giving it 3 stars. The bike itself has potential and rides well, but there were a few issues right from the start. It came with the light snapped off, which was disappointing. While they did offer to repair it, it’s a bit of an inconvenience having to go back and forth for something that should have been addressed beforehand.
The customer service was decent overall, but the repeated trips and communication became frustrating. I’ve also noticed what seems like additional scratches on the bike since purchasing, which adds to the disappointment.
On top of that, every time I turn the bike on, there’s an error message advising me to contact the original manufacturer. That’s concerning and takes away from the overall experience and confidence in the purchase.
Overall, it’s not a terrible experience, but definitely not seamless. With better quality control and fewer issues upfront, this could have easily been a higher rating.

Got a very good deal. The beginning of this experience wasn’t what I was hoping for due to a missing spacer, so wasn’t able to ride the E bike, but they definitely went above and beyond to make sure I got taken care of five stars for sure. I just think something accidentally got misplaced when packaging things happen. I was literally gonna go and buy the spacer myself because it’s not that big of a deal but apparently they don’t even sell those spacers so they paid super 73 full price for a whole complete wheel assembly even though I only needed a five dollar spacer like I said they went above and beyond I would totally order through them again, and hundred percent, would recommend to other people and already have🫶🏻🥰👌🤙
