A happy ending if you will. I ordered the Tub Cleaner after a Facebook announcement. Sounded great and promising. After a week went by with no updates and responses to my emails I then received a response from a customer service representative named Maria, which for privacy reasons I will use just her first name even though she was open in her correspondence with full transparency. She offered a full refund if I wanted or a 10% discount, I said it is just tub cleaner and wanted to see if it was everything as advertised. She explained the overwhelming response to the ad campaign and sometimes a business will never know what will happen, I mentioned be careful for what you ask for. So a discount was done immediately and I waited for their inventory to come in and then shipped to me. Maria also continued her communication to me during this period reassuring me of the progress, again tub cleaner not life saving material so patience became the key factor. This was now a mission to see success and was it worth the wait ? Yes. Product came in, used it the same day and results were very good, smell was nice and tub clean. I have been using tub cleaners so our washer was not really dirty but this product was noticeably different than previous other products I had used. So UPRoot was as advertised and a bonus was a customer service person Maria, who salvaged a potential poor outcome and turned lemons into Lemonade. I will keep UPRoot in my buy from companies and research their other products. As for Maria, UPRoot has the opportunity to use her as a how to be real and professional should maybe something goes wrong. Thank you again Maria and look forward to UPRoot future products as needed.

Do NOT order from this company. You'll get put on a subscription and they DO NOT RESPOND when you ask for help. They don't even have a phone number listed on their site to contact them. I've been trying to unsubscribe. Nothing. I've reached out to return the FOUR BOXES of washing machine cleaner that I DID NOT ORDER. Nothing. Who needs 120 washing machine cleaner tabs in ONE order? I already had 30 from my original order. That will last me a while.

I ordered last month, a month later, and I have received nothing.
The website says it is unfilled. I called, no answer, no return call. I emailed several times..same no response.
I tried to get a refund through PayPal and was told I couldn't. Finally filed with my credit card.

Placed an order on 4/22. Never shipped so I checked the website and all it says is unfullfilled....I've emailed 3 times and no reply at all. Now I just want to cancel the order.. Will never buy again from this supplier.

I was on the fence but went ahead and ordered anyway. Great communication, quick shipping and this product works! I have 3 cats and carpet in my living room and down the stairs. I couldn't believe the stuff I pulled up. It was gross but my floor looks brand new after running this tool over it.

Ordered in Feb. Received 4 emails over the next month all saying your order is on its way, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. The tracking number shows that the last update was almost a month ago. I called DHL and they couldn't tell me anything other than they weren't sure why it hadn't entered Canada yet. I emailed support and was told to just be patient. It did finally arrive, and works well on short-pile carpeting as well as durable clothing items quite well. I'd be careful using it on anything you might consider delicate.
